Account Supervisor (Client Leadership and Operations Focus)
About the Role
DEPLOY has been retained to help find an Account Supervisor who brings clarity, organization, and steady leadership to fast-moving client work.
DEPLOY's client's approach is grounded in behavioral science. They help brands drive measurable change by understanding how people actually make decisions. This role plays a key part in translating that thinking into well-executed, on-time, on-budget work.
You will serve as the operational anchor on your accounts, helping work move forward smoothly, keeping teams aligned, and ensuring clients feel confident in how we operate.

What You'll Do:
Client and Account Leadership
Lead day-to-day client communication and meetings
Translate strategic and behavioral insights into clear scopes, timelines, and deliverables
Ensure behavioral thinking is reflected in execution
Keep clients informed and aligned
Anticipate issues and resolve them early
Support new business efforts as needed, including participating in pitches and helping operationalize newly won accounts
Operational and Project Management Discipline
Build and maintain clear timelines and status documentation
Drive accountability across strategy, behavioral psychology, creative, and media teams to ensure aligned and disciplined execution
Ensure deadlines are met, and next steps are defined
Identify workflow gaps and recommend practical improvements
New client work is onboarded smoothly with clear scope, timelines, and financial discipline
Financial Awareness:
Monitor burn reports and track budget pacing
Flag scope creep and support margin discipline
Provide leadership with visibility into overall account health
Team Contribution
Mentor and support junior team members
Operate independently while keeping leadership informed
Help establish and reinforce strong account management practices
What Were Looking For:
5 to 8+ years of client service experience in an agency environment
Strong project management instincts and attention to detail
Ability to connect strategic thinking to execution
Highly organized with consistent follow-through
Comfortable tracking budgets and identifying financial risks
Calm under pressure and solution-oriented
Able to operate in a scrappy, evolving environment with minimal oversight
Collaborative, low-ego, and steady presence
Bonus: Experience improving internal workflows or processes
Work Style:
Remote, with preference for Central or Eastern time zones
In-office presence (about once per quarter)
Travel for client engagements, as needed
