Responsibilities
- Conduct experiments as directed and execute testing with limited oversight.
- Collect, process, and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
- Operate and maintain laboratory and production equipment.
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives within R&D.
- Assist with projects, taking ownership of defined tasks and potentially leading one to two smaller-scale projects.
- Collaborate with team members to execute research and development objectives.
- Learn from senior engineers while providing guidance to interns as needed.
- Implement established R&D procedures and document findings through reports and technical notes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to follow established protocols and work effectively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with additional technical software is a plus.
- Passion for innovative technology and continuous improvement.

Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Hands-on experience in an R&D or manufacturing setting (internship or academic laboratory experience acceptable).
- Familiarity with advanced manufacturing processes or materials science.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for laboratory or production equipment.
