The PREP student is assigned to a supervising employee each shift (mentor). The PREP student interns are required to schedule 12 hours of observation time per month. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
CLINIC OPERATIONS:
- Manages the operations of the clinic, including costs, processes, staffing, and quality standards.

In Texas, there is a judicial process for validating the Gestational Contract (the contract between the intended parents and the surrogate).
