Gestational Carrier Requirements
To ensure a safe and successful journey for both carrier and baby, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Between 21–39 years old
- U.S. citizen living in a surrogate-friendly state
- Have delivered at least one child and are currently parenting
- No more than two (2) C-sections
- Not receiving government or public assistance (including Medicaid, WIC, SNAP/Food Stamps, or state-funded health insurance)
- No history of pregnancy complications (including gestational diabetes, pre-eclampsia, or pre-term labor)
- No history of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, or major depressive disorder
- Not currently taking medications unsafe for pregnancy (including certain mental health medications)
- Able to travel for medical screening, monitoring, and embryo transfer appointments
- Live a healthy lifestyle free of illicit or recreational drug use
- Have a stable home environment and strong support system

Compensation & Benefits
We recognize the commitment, time, and care involved in being a gestational carrier. Compensation includes:
Base Compensation
- $60,000 – $70,000(First-time carrier to experienced carrier)
Additional Benefits
- $250 monthly expense allowance
- $500 maternity clothing allowance
- $10,500 for multiple birth
- Up to $10,000 for loss of organs (per contract terms)
- Lost wages (carrier and spouse, if applicable — based on employment verification)
- Travel reimbursement
- $200 per week for housekeeping (if medically necessary)
- $20 per hour for childcare (if medically necessary)
All medical expenses, legal representation, and services related to the surrogacy journey are covered.

Overview
Represent Altorfer at training update conferences and other training initiatives.
Basic Duties
- Function as liaison with Caterpillar regarding technical and professional training.
- Assist in developing Altorfer's training offerings for all employees to align with across the table initiatives.
- Schedule and conduct training classes on current products and ICC classes when needed.
- Drive prerequisite training for ILT classes.
- Maintain enrollment & enrollment deletions in Dealer Performance Center (DPC), assign DPC web training. Maintain training records & function as DPC Administrator for Altorfer.

Qualifications
- 2-5 plus years of previous experience as a training instructor, training employees required.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
This position works in an office and travels to other locations. May on a continuous basis walk, bend and lift up to 40lbs. May be required to wear appropriate safety equipment (IE- Safety glasses or side shields) when needed. The noise level in the office environment is usually moderate to low. May intermittently sit at a desk for a period of time to answer telephone calls and write or use a keyboard to communicate through email. Position Purpose
The Respiratory Therapist shall be responsible for the administration of respiratory care offered by the Respiratory Care Department
What you will do
Function clinically with a considerable amount of independent judgment regarding the delivery of quality patient care

What to expect as a Nursing Supervisor at Saint Mary's Home
Under the direction of the Director of Nursing Service, the Nursing Supervisor is responsible for the overall coordination and delivery of resident care and clinical supervision of staff on an assigned shift. The Nursing Supervisor is empowered and accountable for taking all reasonable steps to ensure that all staff promote and deliver a level of care that meets or exceeds our residents’ expectation. The Nursing Supervisor will assure that all assigned staff are active participants in the interdisciplinary care team designed to maximize each resident’s potential for independence and autonomy. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
