Position Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper training for Call Center operations.
- Review training requests based on Call Center needs.
- Develop, execute, and track training opportunities.
- Oversee and manage employee conduct within Call Center.
- Manage hiring processes for new employees.
- Generate monthly progress reports.
- Review corporate expenditure and billing documents.

- Address all standard operating procedure (SOP) issues.
- Maintain 24-hour day connectivity with the Call Center.

- Maintain knowledge of HVAC/CRAC unit systems.
Position Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 5-10 years of communications dispatching/supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of a 24-hour emergency communication center.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services.
- Industry Standard recognized certifications relating to 911/Call Center Operator and/or Supervisor training.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise a staff of 30-50 employees.

Oversee a team of officials, ensuring all games start on time and staff are properly trained and supported throughout the day. Provide scheduled breaks for officials and facilitate in-the-moment conflict resolution when needed. Cultivate a positive, respectful, and inclusive culture among staff, players, coaches, and families. Serve as the primary point of contact on game day, ensuring a smooth, professional, and enjoyable experience for all participants.
Venue & Equipment Oversight
Set up and break down all necessary field equipment, ensuring the venue is clean, organized, and ready for play. Conduct pre- and post-event checks to maintain a safe, welcoming, and professional environment. Must be capable of lifting and carrying equipment weighing up to 30 lbs and have no physical limitations that would prevent them from performing the physical duties required for game day operations.
Officiating & Rule Enforcement
Officiate youth games with a focus on safety, fairness, and fun. Apply game rules consistently and confidently to maintain competitive integrity. Make timely, accurate calls using sound knowledge of rules and officiating mechanics. Maintain control of games, handling disputes or concerns respectfully and professionally.
Communication & Collaboration
Communicate clearly with coaches, players, and fellow officials before, during, and after games. Address coach or player concerns calmly and constructively, supporting continuous improvement. Model sportsmanship and integrity at all times, promoting a healthy and respectful youth sports environment.
Reliability & Professionalism
Arrive on time, fully prepared for all scheduled assignments. Demonstrate strong leadership skills and serve as a role model for youth athletes and staff. Uphold i9 Sports' core values of fun, inclusivity, respect, and player-first development in every interaction.
RequirementsMUST BE OVER 21 - Prior experience as a referee is essential and should include working with youth athletes. Management or leadership experience is requiredpreferably in a sports, coaching, or event setting. Thorough knowledge of rules and regulations, with the ability to enforce them consistently and fairly. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate decisions clearly and confidently to players, coaches, and parents. Strong problem-solving abilities to address on-field challenges calmly and effectively. Dependable and punctual, with a strong commitment to attending all scheduled games and events. Comfortable working with children and creating a fun, positive, and respectful environment. Must be flexible and available to work weekends and evenings throughout the season. Must be physically capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and performing field setup and breakdown tasks without limitations.

This position you won't be working for one specific store or brand, you will be servicing a different stores such as Walmart's, Targets, CVS, drug stores etc. You will be within your zip code and if you have too travel outside your zip code you will be reimbursed for your drive. You will need too have experience in merchandising and being able to work with doing reset, product rotation and building displays. Your availability will need too be flexible Monday through Friday from 8-5 too be able to get the work done, their will be times out the year where you will have 5am resets as well. You are also paid weekly and able too earn more by doing overnight work and being reviewed and becoming a team lead. Being part-time you do also get benefits such as 401k, medical, dental and vision plan that are effective 90 days after employment and you also have paid training. The dress code is black or khaki pants with a plain collard shirt and black shoes. In this company you have more than enough room too grow and move up.
