This Emergency Dept Registered Nurse opportunity is full time, offers full benefits and a convenient schedule. This position provides professional nursing care within the Emergency Department; coordinates care planning with other disciplines. Provides care that meets the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care. Responsibilities: As an Employment Litigation Associate, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of complex employment litigation matters from inception through trial.

Your responsibilities will include: Representing clients in all stages of employment litigation, including pre-litigation, discovery, motions, trials, and appeals.

Drafting and responding to discovery requests.

Drafting and arguing motions.

Defending and taking depositions.

Managing discovery and preparing cases for trial.

Participating in mediations and settlement negotiations.

Providing advice and counsel to clients regarding state and federal employment laws.

Keeping up to date with developments in employment law and advising clients accordingly.

Collaborating with other attorneys in the firm to ensure the best representation for our clients.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this role will have: A Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.

Admission to the DC and Maryland bars.

A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in civil litigation, with a focus on employment law.

Proven experience as a case handling attorney in federal court.

Extensive experience in drafting and responding to discovery, drafting and arguing motions, defending depositions, and managing discovery.

Proven experience in taking depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediations.

A thorough understanding of state and federal employment laws.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

The ability to manage a large caseload and work independently.

A commitment to providing exceptional client service.
