Role Description

Position Summary
REMAX is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Experience (CX) Specialist. This position provides essential operational support to the CX team and plays a key role in ensuring surveys, reporting, documentation, and communications run smoothly. This role builds and tests surveys in Qualtrics, maintains recurring event-survey reporting, manages content on the CX SharePoint site, supports internal communications, and ensures high-quality execution of CX programs.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Analytics Support
- Refresh recurring reports (e.g., event or post‑interaction surveys) following established templates and processes.
- Perform initial QA on reporting data:
- Validate counts, filters, segments, and date ranges
- Confirm trends look accurate and consistent with prior data
- Distribute dashboards or summary updates according to cadence and stakeholder lists.
- Maintain trackers for survey performance, response rates, and reporting schedules.
Internal Communications Support
- Draft internal update emails, release notes, and announcements related to surveys, reporting cycles, and CX program changes.
- Post communications to SharePoint, Teams channels, or distribution lists.
- Support the CX Analysts with preparation of content for readouts, workshops, and presentations.
- Serve as the primary maintainer of the CX SharePoint site.
- Update pages, upload new materials, archive outdated content, and maintain clean structure and version control.
- Manage SharePoint permissions according to governance standards.
Program Support & Coordination
- Assist with preparation for CX workshops, including journey mapping, persona sessions, and insight readouts.
- Take notes, prepare artifacts, and handle logistics (invites, room setup, virtual tools).
- Maintain CX team calendars, project trackers, and documentation repositories.
- Support ad hoc tasks across the CX program portfolio.
Qualtrics Survey Management
- Build surveys in Qualtrics using approved instruments, applying appropriate logic, embedded data, branching, and branding.
- Conduct end-to-end QA and testing.
- Manage survey versions, change logs, and launch schedules.
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate to the CX Analysts or Director when needed.
Agent Recruitment Resource

Summary:
Performs sonography in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies, values, and mission of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Reviews patient history, physician's orders and does scheduling. Educates patient regarding procedures, equipment and exam to ensure patient's understanding and cooperation. When ordered, prepares and administers contrast media and/or medications within scope of practice.
- Monitors patient condition continually and reports/responds to changes in status as appropriate. Prepares equipment and supplies. Selects appropriate exposure factors and imaging parameters.
- Implements safety standards and performs appropriate quality control procedures on equipment. Troubleshoots, resolves, and/or reports equipment malfunctions as necessary. Positions patient and performs imaging procedure(s). Analyzes results and identifies issues with the quality of imaging results.
- Takes appropriate action to resolve image quality issues, including re-positioning patient and repeating procedure. Enters, transmits and reports scan results. May work with Radiology students.
- Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound Technologist program or Diagnostic Medical Sonographer program.
- Registered as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS), Vascular Technologist (RVT), or Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or certified in Sonography (S) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). State licensure if required by law.

* Engage with families interested in a Cubby Bed with a focus on outbound outreach to new leads, averaging 60-80 dials per day.
* Maintain extensive product knowledge to discuss the product in-depth with families, explaining how each feature benefits specific diagnoses and addressing any initial questions or concerns.
* Collaborate with internal departments to promptly resolve any challenges that arise during the early stages of the insurance process, providing feedback to enhance the Cubby experience.
* Consistently meet daily/weekly/monthly performance KPIs focused on tracking the efficiency and effectiveness of outbound lead outreach and initial support efforts.
* Support the sales process by maintaining accurate customer data in Salesforce and managing follow-up through defined handoff points, ensuring timely and well-documented transitions to internal teams or external supplier partners.

Position Summary
Blender Products is seeking a collaborative and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our growing team. This role works closely with territory representatives, engineering, operations, and customers to support and expand our presence in the HVAC, data center, and industrial markets.
The Sales Engineer plays a key role in helping our team deliver well-applied, high-performing solutions using our Air mixing systems. Success in this position comes from strong partnership — internally and externally — and a shared commitment to serving our customers well. This role is critical to strengthening customer relationships and supporting account growth through strong technical collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Account Support & Relationship Building
* Partner with territory sales representatives to support and grow sales.
* Build strong, long-term relationships with consulting engineers, facility managers, manufacturing representatives, and other stakeholders.
* Support the sales cycle from bid through installation, working alongside internal and external partners to ensure a smooth experience.
* Contribute to identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
Technical Sales & Application Support
* Respond to requests for quotation with detailed review of product application, sizing, and proposal development.
* Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure proper product selection and alignment with fabrication capabilities.
* Generate submittal drawings and technical documentation to support customer review and approval.
* Help ensure solutions meet performance requirements and project specifications.
Project Coordination & Communication
* Coordinate with internal teams to monitor project schedules and support timely, safe delivery.
* Maintain consistent communication with customers and partners throughout the project lifecycle.
* Track milestones and provide necessary documentation to support project success.
* Participate in technical presentations and discussions with consulting engineers and industry partners.
Collaboration & Travel
* Work cross-functionally with different departments to support company goals.
* Travel domestically as needed (approximately 20% annually).
Qualifications
Education & Experience
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred.
* Experience in commercial HVAC or related industrial applications preferred.
* 2+ years of sales or customer-facing technical experience is a plus.
Technical & Professional Skills
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
* Ability to read and interpret equipment drawings, bills of materials, and project specifications.
* Basic understanding of HVAC and select industrial processes.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; strong Excel skills preferred.
* Working knowledge of CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) is a plus.

What you will do in this role:
- Demonstrate necessary practical, technical, or specialized skills required for the role of the surgical technician in accordance with the Association of Surgical Technologists
- Assist in preparing the operative suite for surgery by checking and gathering supplies, equipment, and instruments
- Ensure that surgical asepsis is maintained in the handling of instruments, sponges, sutures, drains, needles, and dressings
- Assist in the turnover of the operating room suites between cases, disposing of trash and linens, and cleaning of equipment and environmental surfaces
- Prepare procedure room for use the following day by bringing in equipment, setting up, "pulling cases" accurately, and reporting to supervisor items that are needed and not available
Qualifications you will need:
- Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program as required per facility practice and state regulatory requirement; otherwise preferred
- Surgical Tech Certification
- State of Colorado Surgical Tech Registration required
- One year experience in an operating room setting (preferably in an ambulatory surgery center)
