Title: B2B/VAS Supervisor

Job Summary

The B2B / VAS Supervisor oversees all business‑to‑business (B2B) fulfillment operations and value‑added services (VAS) production activities. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, compliant, and on‑time B2B shipments while managing VAS workflows such as kitting, labeling, bundling, assembly, rework, and special projects. The Supervisor partners closely with internal teams to align production schedules, meet customer requirements, control costs, and maintain quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

B2B Fulfillment Oversight

• Supervise day‑to‑day B2B order processing, shipping, and fulfillment operations
• Ensure compliance with customer routing guides, labeling requirements, pallet standards, and documentation
• Coordinate LTL and FTL freight shipments and work with carriers to meet delivery timelines
• Monitor and reduce chargebacks through proactive compliance and process improvement
• Partner with customers and internal teams on forecasts, deadlines, and shipment requirements
• Track and report KPIs including OTIF, compliance accuracy, and shipping costs

VAS / Production Management

• Oversee all value‑added services (VAS) and production workflows, including kitting, labeling, bundling, assembly, rework, and special projects
• Plan labor, timelines, and resources for production and VAS initiatives
• Ensure quality standards and client specifications are consistently met
• Coordinate production schedules with B2B and DTC teams to support shipping timelines
• Track labor costs and project profitability
• Develop and maintain SOPs for repeatable VAS services
• Train, coach, and supervise production staff and team leads

Cross‑Functional Leadership

• Serve as a key point of contact between fulfillment, production, and operations leadership
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across B2B and VAS operations

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2B/wholesale fulfillment, VAS, production, or light assembly
• Strong knowledge of retailer routing guides, pallet standards, and compliance requirements
• Experience coordinating LTL/FTL freight
• Background in a warehouse or 3PL environment preferred
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Detail‑oriented with a quality‑first mindset
• Proven ability to lead, train, and manage teams in a fast‑paced environment

Advanced Drafter / Design Technician

We are currently seeking a skilled Advanced Drafter / Design Technician to join our team at our Colton, CA location. This position plays a key role in supporting our engineering, fabrication, and sales teams by producing accurate technical drawings, assisting with product development, and supporting manufacturing processes.

Position Responsibilities

· Create accurate AutoCAD drawings and layouts from sketches, parts, assemblies, and machinery.

· Reverse engineer components and assemblies by measuring physical parts and translating them into detailed CAD drawings.

· Generate manufacturing drawings and documentation to support fabrication and production.

· Work closely with Sales, Drafting, and Fabrication departments to clarify design requirements and resolve technical questions.

· Assist in identifying design improvements, revisions, or modifications during the fabrication process.

· Maintain drawing accuracy, revision control, and documentation standards.

· Manage workload and prioritize assignments effectively to support production timelines.

· Take initiative to identify potential issues, inconsistencies, or improvements in drawings and designs before they impact production.

Qualifications

· 2–3 years of AutoCAD drafting experience (or equivalent CAD software experience).

· Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

· Experience using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).

· Highly accurate and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to producing precise and reliable drawings.

· Self-motivated and self-directed, capable of working independently while maintaining high productivity and quality standards.

· Proactive problem solver and self-starter who takes ownership of projects and follows tasks through to completion with minimal supervision.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

· Solid math and spatial reasoning skills.

· Effective written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

· Experience with heavy equipment or mechanical components is a plus.

· Experience with Autodesk Inventor, Autodesk Fusion, or SolidWorks is a plus.

Job Summary

The DTC Supervisor oversees all direct-to-consumer order fulfillment, ensuring fast, accurate, and cost-effective processing of eCommerce orders across multiple platforms and carriers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily DTC order flow (pick, pack, ship)
• Oversee SLA compliance for same-day and next-day shipping
• Optimize picking methods (batch, wave, zone)
• Manage packaging standards, branding inserts, and kitting
• Coordinate with carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.)
• Handle escalations related to lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
• Monitor KPIs: order accuracy, on-time ship rate, cost per order
• Lead and train DTC fulfillment staff

Qualifications

• 3+ years DTC or eCommerce fulfillment experience
• Experience working with WMS, shipping software, and marketplaces
