Summary / Duties:
This temporary Surgery Scheduler will support perioperative services with a focus on optimizing operating room block utilization. The role involves coordinating closely with physicians and their office staff to ensure efficient use of OR time, including releasing unused blocks and reallocating availability to maximize case volume. Responsibilities include monitoring scheduling patterns, maintaining consistent communication with stakeholders, and supporting proactive scheduling adjustments. This is a project-based, non-lead role requiring strong organization, communication, and adaptability in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The Role
As the technical design and product development intern, you will work directly with the tech designer(s) and the senior designer to help bring product from concept to delivery. You will be exposed to various stages of the product life cycle and gain exposure to both creative and administrative functions.

- Manage and keep track of all incoming packages for the tech design and product development team
- Support the technical design team in accurately measuring samples in preparation for fittings

- Taking and uploading photo of garments

- Prepare and ship domestic and international packages
- Communicate with factories as needed to request patterns, measurement specifications, and other materials related to tech design and product development

Job Requirements

About the Role
We are looking for an Associate Project Manager to support electric transmission and distribution projects within Electric Operations team. This is an entry-level project management role ideal for candidates looking to grow in utility/energy infrastructure projects.
You’ll work on low to medium complexity substation projects, helping manage scope, schedule, cost, and coordination across teams and vendors.
