• Oversee daily laboratory operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution of clinical and molecular diagnostic testing.

EDUCATION & DESIRED SKILLS:
• Ph.D. in Life Sciences, Laboratory Science, Molecular Biology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field preferred; a Master’s degree with extensive relevant experience will be considered.
• Certifications, Licensure & Experience: ASCP Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive clinical laboratory experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership or management role overseeing multidisciplinary laboratory environments. Relevant experience will be considered.
• Demonstrated experience directing operations across multiple high-complexity clinical laboratory disciplines, including but not limited to clinical chemistry, immunology, molecular genetics, and other molecular diagnostic testing areas, with responsibility for assay implementation, validation, and operational oversight.
• Extensive experience in clinical laboratory operations, quality management, and regulatory compliance, including CLIA high-complexity testing requirements, CAP accreditation standards, and OSHA laboratory safety regulations.
• Demonstrated expertise in laboratory workflow design, process optimization, and integration of advanced diagnostic technologies, including automated chemistry platforms, immunoassay systems, and molecular diagnostic platforms such as PCR, NGS, or other nucleic acid–based testing systems.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary laboratory teams and cross-functional operations, ensuring coordination between scientific, technical, and operational groups to support scalable laboratory services and clinical testing delivery.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and maintain attention to detail in a complex laboratory environment.

We are seeking a Senior Technical Writer to support manufacturing and quality investigations for a cell therapy manufacturing program preparing for clinical and commercial scale up. This role will focus on authoring high quality, inspection ready investigation documentation in a fast paced, regulated environment with minimal ramp up time. The ideal candidate brings strong GMP investigation writing experience, a solid understanding of manufacturing and/or QC processes, and the ability to translate complex technical inputs into clear, compliant documentation without extensive training or oversight.
This is a highly execution focused role supporting a time sensitive manufacturing program.
Required Skills & Experience
•7–10+ years of experience in GMP regulated pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing
• Demonstrated experience writing investigations (manufacturing deviations, OOS/OOT, CAPAs, impact assessments)
• Experience with structured investigation and root cause analysis tools (e.g., Fishbone/Ishikawa diagrams, 5 Whys).
• Strong working knowledge of GMP documentation practices and regulatory expectations
• Ability to step into an investigation workflow with minimal training or hand holding
• Experience supporting cell therapy, gene therapy, or biologics manufacturing
• Experience working in fast paced manufacturing environments with tight turnaround times
• Strong written communication skills — able to clearly articulate complex technical issues
Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Compensation:

General Summary:
Under general supervision, the State Inspection Technician performs State vehicle safety inspections tests per state and/or federal regulations.

- Experience in one or more of the following: engine repair, steering and suspension, brakes, heating and air conditioning
- Knowledge of health and safety compliance
- Manual dexterity and physical stamina, lift heavy objects, and walk and stand for extended periods of time
- Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Possession of a valid driver’s license
- Where required by State/Local law, maintain ASE Certifications in Steering and Suspension (A4), Brakes (A5), Heating Air Conditioning (A7), Electrical (A6), Engine Repair (A1), Manual Drive Train and Axles (A3), Engine Performance (A8), and Automatic Transmission/Transaxle (A2)
