What You'll Do
- Support attorneys in commercial leasing matters
- Assist with real estate acquisitions, sales, and financing transactions
- Draft and review contracts, purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, and commercial loan documents
- Work on entity formation matters, including drafting operating agreements
- Conduct legal research and contribute to high-quality legal writing and client communications
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of real estate or transactional law experience
- Experience or interest in drafting and reviewing:
- Contracts
- Lease agreements
- Purchase and sale agreements
- Commercial loan and financing documents
- Entity formation materials (including operating agreements)
- Excellent research, organizational, communication, and legal writing skills
- High attention to detail
- Admission to practice law in Maryland or eligibility to sit for the Maryland bar required
