The Northrop Grumman Classified Solutions team is seeking a highly experienced Senior Network Administrator to join its dynamic team of technical professionals. The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's Classified Solutions support team and can support the organization in Redondo Beach, CA.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
- Maintain smooth operation of classified networks - LAN/WAN environments.
- Plan, design, configure, and install network hardware in support of customer requirements.
- Maintain technical expertise in all areas of networks and computer hardware / software interconnection, as well as interfaces, including routers, multiplexers, firewalls, switches, gateways, etc.
- Propose solutions to management to ensure all communications requirements are based on future needs and current usage, configuring such solutions to optimize cost savings.

- Create and ensure that appropriate network documentation exists, including operational instructions.

- Implement and troubleshoot WAN technologies such as EIGRP, BGP, OSPF, and telco circuits (T1, T3, OC3)
- Interface regularly with customers and manage customer installation timelines and deliverables to help facilitate successful deployments.
- Manage timely resolution of all critical and/or complex problems meeting SLA requirements
- Experience with HAIPE/TACLANE and other military COMSEC/CRYPTO equipment and procedures.
- Experience in the use of network analysis tools (i.e. WireShark, SolarWinds, Opnet, etc.)
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Visio, Project, PowerPoint and Excel is required
- Lift equipment weighing up to 40 pounds as needed
- Ability to work after hours, and weekends as needed
Basic Qualifications:
- Master's Degree with 6 years of experience; OR a Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of experience; OR an Associate's Degree with 10 years of experience; OR a High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 12 years of IT experience is required
- Must have a DOD 8570 IAT level 2 baseline certification (example: Security+ CE)
- Candidates must have a current and fully adjudicated DOD Top Secret level security clearance (at a minimum) in order to be considered
- Candidates must have the ability to obtain, and maintain, a Top Secret/SCI level security clearance as a condition of employment
- Candidates must have the ability to obtain, and maintain, access to Special Programs as a condition of employment
- Experience designing and maintaining LAN & WAN based networks, managing routing protocols on large LAN environments, and experience with Cisco hardware (routers, switches, and firewalls)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree Network Engineering
- Active Top Secret/SCI, Polygraph, or SAP/SAR access would be nice to have
- Network+ certification and/or either a CCNP or a CCIE certification
- Network design, analysis, and administration of routers, switches, hubs, and firewalls

- Experience with configuring TACLANES would be ideal

Primary Level Salary Range: $120,900.00 - $181,300.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Northrop Grumman Mission Systems Navigation, Intelligence and Connectivity Division, Engineering and Sciences is seeking an Engineering Director. This position will be onsite in Woodland Hills, CA and will lead the Business Execution Engineering organization, for the Navigation and Cockpit Systems Business Unit, reporting to the Senior Director of the Engineering organization. As the Engineering Director, you will be responsible for leading a highly dynamic, growing multi-discipline engineering team of approximately 60 senior technical leaders and be the primary E&S POC for the respective Business Unit leadership team.

- Primary E&S POC for Business Unit leadership
- Lead the team with primary accountability for executing engineering scope of work within allocated cost and schedule. Ensure consistent rigor in planning, earned value reporting, metrics generation, and issue resolution as related to engineering execution.
- Collaborate with program office and engineering functional organization on resourcing programs and meeting competing demands of a diverse business base.
- Collaborate closely with business development, PMO, and functional engineering on architecting new systems and proposal planning to grow our business base.
- Drive technical issues on BU programs, captures, IR&D, etc. to closure by providing coaching, mentoring and leadership to broader technical team
- Lead strategic actions to improve the business of engineering
- Collaborate with discipline engineering team members across the Sector to share best practices and accelerate implementation of Sector standards
- Develop technical leaders (e.g. CE, SEIT Lead, IPT leads, etc.) to ensure business success
- Support development of technical discriminators for priority BU captures and pursuits
- Hold technical leaders accountable to execute per defined engineering processes and best practices
- Collaborate with other functional partners to resolve complex issues in a timely manner to help meet program commitments
- Travel up to 25% of the time

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics or related technical fields with 12 years of experience; Master's degree with 10 years of experience; PhD with 8 years of experience
• 8 years of professional experience in the defense or aerospace industries
• 5 years demonstrated success managing multiple technical teams across multiple geographic sites
• 5 years previous experience working in a technical role with experience across multiple program phases
• Prior profit and loss leadership experience (e.g. PM, OUD, IPT with >$50M workscope, etc.)
• Demonstrated experience executing the capture phase of the program lifecycle
• Demonstrated experience effectively leading diverse technical teams across multiple locations
• Demonstrated knowledge of engineering process and tailoring
• Clearance: Candidate must currently have and be able to maintain an Active Secret clearance
• Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI Clearance
