MOCO Boutique is growing, and we’re looking for a creative, organized, and trend-savvy Social Media Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves fashion, understands the fast-moving world of social media, and thrives in a collaborative environment where creativity and execution matter equally.
MOCO is known for launching 30–40 new arrivals daily, engaging with an incredible community of customers across the country, and building a brand that feels personal, positive, and fun. What You’ll Do
- Plan, schedule, and manage social media content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others as needed
- Create engaging posts, captions, and stories that align with the MOCO brand voice
- Work closely with our marketing, merchandising, and live sales teams to highlight new arrivals and promotions
- Monitor trends, sounds, and platform updates to keep MOCO content fresh and relevant
- Engage with our community through comments, messages, and interactions
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategy to maximize reach and engagement
- Assist with planning campaigns, launches, and promotional content
- Coordinate with graphic designers, models, and photographers when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of current social media platforms and trends
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment with frequent product launches
- A creative eye for content and storytelling
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

The idea candidate will oversee safe and proper manufacturing of the company's products. In order to do this, the candidate will troubleshoot issues, ensure the efficient day to day operations of the company, and coordinating a team of production employees to make sure that consistent and quality goods are constantly being produced

Responsibilities
- Produce parts according to quality standards and requirements
- Coordinate and audit work activities to maintain adherence to production guidelines, work instructions and processes
- Develop, direct and manage the personnel engaged in manufacturing of customer products within the production work schedule to maintain product quality requirements and expectations set by the customers
- Understand, apply and enforce all company policies, programs, rules, regulations in support of safety, quality, training and product
- Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities relating to products, processes, and/or quality systems
- Identify risks and escalate contingency plans
- Lead team members while tracking metrics
- Administer employee reviews, discipline, promotions, verify time off balances before approving the request and other handbook administration as required
Qualifications
