Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Communicating with clients, court personnel, experts, and opposing counsel
• Drafting, filing, serving, and tracking general pleadings and documents/correspondence
• Maintaining Attorney’s calendar and case schedule docketing, including sending reminders and tracking trial deposits
• Handling large volumes of financial documents, organizing, and analyzing them
• Reviewing and organizing discovery

What you bring to the table:

• Snohomish County experience required
• At least 3-5 years of family law or fast-paced litigation experience required with solid academic credentials

Base Pay:

This position encompasses multiple internal levels with differing pay bands. The broad salary range below represents the lowest and highest pay possible across Levels 1 (less than 5 years of experience) and 2 (5-9 years of experience) in King County.

Typically, we hire King County Paralegal candidates with 3-5 years of experience within the expected hiring range below. Actual pay rate is determined based on relevant experience, demonstrated skills, and relevant credentials.

Please note that this role involves working in tight spaces, including entering the wing through a approximately 9.5" x 17.7" opening; therefore, comfort with confined spaces is essential for success in this position.

• Perform drilling, reaming, riveting, cold working, bonding, grounding, and sealing as necessary to complete work assignments. 

• Assemble and install aircraft plumbing and electrical systems within closed areas of the wing and horizontal stabilizer, ensuring compliance with specifications. 

• Perform pickup and rework, incorporating changes and conducting functional checks on work typically installed by lower classifications. 

• Perform continuity checks for electrical systems and hand form electrical wiring and soldering as necessary for work assignments.

• Perform final cleaning and closing of fuel cells, including vacuuming and installing fuel cell doors. 

• Locate and pre-install routing and clamping hardware for in-wing fuel tank electrical and plumbing systems as required. 

• Use precision measuring instruments to verify that quality standards are achieved. 

• Report job handicaps, such as errors in sequencing, parts, materials, and assembly procedures, following shop procedures. 

• Check work after completion of each operation to ensure assembly is complete and free of defects and remove and replace installations and related components as necessary.
