About the Role:
We are seeking a VDC Coordinator to support industrial and manufacturing projects. This role partners with project and field teams to manage 3D models, support coordination efforts, and provide accurate layout and installation information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and coordinate piping and/or electrical 3D models using Revit, Navisworks, and/or Revizto
- Support 3D coordination and clash detection with project teams
- Prepare installation and layout drawings for equipment, piping, and cable tray
- Assist field layout teams and support robotic layout workflows
- Utilize 3D scanning for verification and as-built documentation
- Manage coordination models, shop drawings, and model-based submittals

Requirements

- Possess a current valid driver's license
- Carry and use a firearm. Maintaining firearm proficiency is mandatory.

Gestational Carrier Requirements
To ensure a safe and successful journey for both carrier and baby, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Between 21–39 years old
- U.S. citizen living in a surrogate-friendly state
- Have delivered at least one child and are currently parenting
- No more than two (2) C-sections
- Not receiving government or public assistance (including Medicaid, WIC, SNAP/Food Stamps, or state-funded health insurance)
- No history of pregnancy complications (including gestational diabetes, pre-eclampsia, or pre-term labor)
- No history of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, or major depressive disorder
- Not currently taking medications unsafe for pregnancy (including certain mental health medications)
- Able to travel for medical screening, monitoring, and embryo transfer appointments
- Live a healthy lifestyle free of illicit or recreational drug use
- Have a stable home environment and strong support system

Compensation & Benefits
We recognize the commitment, time, and care involved in being a gestational carrier. Compensation includes:
Base Compensation
- $60,000 – $70,000(First-time carrier to experienced carrier)
Additional Benefits
- $250 monthly expense allowance
- $500 maternity clothing allowance
- $10,500 for multiple birth
- Up to $10,000 for loss of organs (per contract terms)
- Lost wages (carrier and spouse, if applicable — based on employment verification)
- Travel reimbursement
- $200 per week for housekeeping (if medically necessary)
- $20 per hour for childcare (if medically necessary)
All medical expenses, legal representation, and services related to the surrogacy journey are covered.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with data acquisition and analysis tools.
Knowledge of melting, casting, heat treating, or metal forming processes is a strong plus.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
The Registered Nurse (RN) is primarily responsible for providing direct, quality clinical care and serves as a Team Leader to patient care staff.
Key Responsibilities

I'm looking for a ceramic artist or potter with kiln access to help prototype a series of candle containers for a growing home décor brand.
This role focuses on creating physical prototypes from existing designs and measurements so our team can photograph products and obtain manufacturing quotes.
Important note:
These designs are company-owned product designs and IP. The role is strictly prototype fabrication, not artistic collaboration. The prototypes will ultimately be manufactured at scale, including overseas production.
If you’re comfortable working in a product development / prototyping capacity, this could be a great project with the potential for ongoing work as we expand our product line.
