Logistics Analyst

Job Summary:

Cardinal Trucking is seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Logistics Analyst to support and optimize daily dump truck operations. This role blends traditional dispatch responsibilities with a growing emphasis on data tracking, reporting, and process improvement.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with technology, organized, and capable of using operational data to improve efficiency and support decision-making across the trucking operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily scheduling, dispatching, and routing of dump trucks and drivers across multiple projects.
• Utilize dispatch, GPS, and fleet management systems to monitor real-time operations and optimize truck utilization.
• Track and analyze dispatch data (loads, cycle times, idle time, utilization rates) to identify inefficiencies.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Support leadership by translating operational data into clear, usable insights.
• Collaborate with operations, estimating, and accounting teams to ensure accurate tracking of production and billing.
• Manage and improve digital workflows for load tickets, scale tickets, and delivery documentation.
• Assist with implementation and use of dispatching and fleet management software.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and field teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Support driver scheduling, time tracking, and compliance with DOT and company safety standards.
• Monitor equipment usage and coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in dispatching, logistics, construction, or transportation (preferred).
• Microsoft Excel (data tracking, reporting, basic formulas)
• Dispatching or fleet management software
• GPS tracking and logistics tools
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Effective communication skills.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and transportation safety standards (preferred).

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides direct and indirect nursing care to patients in the Ambulatory setting in accordance with University Health policies and standards. Supports and promotes University Health values to ensure patient/guest relations. Performs the nursing process in a safe therapeutic manner in a designated clinic setting. Maintains, facilitates and promotes department policies and standards.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Graduation from an accredited school of vocational nursing is required. Starting pay varies based on experience; entry up to 2 years, 2-3 years and 4 years or more experience in health care delivery as an LVN. PALS and ACLS certification may be required based on site location.

LICENSURE

Must possess a current license to practice Vocational Nursing in the State of Texas. Must have a current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider or AHA BLS Instructor Provider card.

Provide physical and emotional support to patients of all ages as they adapt to permanent lifestyle changes.  Patients are on the unit for approximately 2-3 weeks and you get the chance to impact their road to recovery!

What you will Do: 

Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care of patients.

Supervises and coordinates care provided by LPNs and PCAs.

Facilitates communication with physicians, families and other team members.

Hours/Schedule:  

.9 fte, 2nd shift and / or third shift every third weekend, will work 8 hour shifts during the week and 12 hour shifts on the weekend 7P-7A, during the week either 3-11 or 11-7 or can work 12 hours during the week 7P-7A

What you will do:

The MRI Technologist performs diagnostic MRI in accordance with departmental standards.

Responsibilities:

• Obtains and records a complete clinical history pertinent to examination requested.

• Instructs patient as to nature of the exam being performed.

• Documents and reports all incidents, radiation safety concerns and equipment malfunctions to coordinator in a timely fashion.

What you will need:

• AAS Degree in Radiologic Technology
• MRI experience
• Current ARRT registration and NYS license required

Pay Range: $34.50 - $48.81

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
