Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Estate Planning Paralegal located in Cranberry Township, PA. The Estate Planning Paralegal will be responsible for preparing legal documents, assisting with estate planning cases, and reviewing documentation for accuracy and compliance. Additional tasks include providing administrative support to attorneys, maintaining meticulous organization of case files, and communicating effectively with clients to ensure their planning needs are met.

Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Elder Law Attorney to join our team on-site in Warrendale, PA. The attorney will handle a variety of legal tasks specifically focused on estate planning, long-term care, Medicaid strategies, and guardianship matters. Responsibilities include client consultations, creating and managing Medicaid spend down matters.
Compensation
$100,000 plus, depending on experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Estate Planning, Elder Law, and Guardianship laws and procedures.
- Strong legal research, analytical thinking, and drafting skills to prepare comprehensive legal documents and plans.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to build meaningful relationships with clients and explain complex legal concepts clearly.
- Organization, time management, and attention to detail in handling multiple cases and meeting deadlines efficiently.
- Bar membership in Pennsylvania is required.
- Experience in Medicaid planning and litigation is highly valued.

Salary: $130,000

Proven background in handling cases involving catastrophic injuries, negligence, premises liability, car accidents, and other motor vehicle incidents.

Demonstrated proficiency in all phases of litigation from case inception through discovery, trial, and post-trial proceedings.
6.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to interface with clients and colleagues at all levels.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Superior negotiation skills and the ability to persuade.
9.
Ability to handle a high volume of cases and work in a fast-paced environment.
