Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: 1.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.

Proven experience with job costing, invoicing, year-end close procedures, and ledger maintenance.

Experience with Timberline and Viewpoint software.
4.
Familiarity with WIP schedules, T&M billing, change orders, and lien waivers.
5.
A strong understanding of the financial aspects of construction projects, particularly multifamily projects.
