Quality & Production Manager

Position Summary

The Quality & Production Manager is responsible for leading all manufacturing, quality, and shipping operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant production that meets customer and business requirements. This role oversees daily shop operations, quality systems, inspection processes, and shipping performance while driving continuous improvement in productivity, scrap reduction, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.

This position is a hands-on leader who builds discipline, accountability, and process consistency within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Leadership

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet production schedules and delivery commitments
• Supervise Production Team Lead and production staff; ensure appropriate training, performance management, and workforce planning
• Monitor productivity, labor efficiency, and overtime
• Identify and implement process improvements to improve throughput and reduce waste
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and manufacturing standards

Quality Management

• Own the company’s quality management system and inspection processes
• Supervise Inspection/Quality Team Lead and inspection staff
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for customer complaints and internal non-conformances
• Reduce scrap, rework, and quality-related costs
• Ensure product conformance to customer specifications and regulatory requirements
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

Shipping & Fulfillment

• Oversee shipping operations to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant order fulfillment
• Supervise shipping staff and coordinate workload priorities
• Ensure proper documentation, labeling, packaging, and customer-specific requirements are met
• Monitor on-time shipment performance and resolve delays proactively

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Partner with Purchasing to ensure material availability aligns with production needs
• Coordinate with Sales on production timing and feasibility
• Collaborate with Data Analytics to track KPIs and drive data-based improvements

Performance & Metrics Ownership

• Own KPIs including:
• On-time delivery
• Scrap and rework rates
• Labor efficiency
• Customer complaints
• Report operational performance and improvement initiatives to senior leadership

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
• Demonstrated experience managing both production teams and quality systems
• Experience supervising team leads or front-line supervisors
• Strong understanding of root cause analysis and corrective action processes
• Working knowledge of ERP systems
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and manufacturing instructions
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred

• Experience in small to mid-sized manufacturing environments
• Experience working within and maintaining an ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS), including internal audits, corrective actions, and preparation for certification audits.
• Background in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)

The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing inventory accuracy, control, and movement within the warehouse. • Bid out freight, select carriers, and negotiate cost-effective and reliable rates
• Create ASNs, loads, and BOLs; ensure compliance with customer routing and documentation requirements
• Actively identify transportation cost savings and eliminate billing variances
• Partner with purchasing and sales to align inventory flow, inbound timing, and outbound commitments

Continuous Improvement & Analysis

• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements across warehouse and transportation
• Improve SOPs, layouts, workflows, and carrier performance
• Track KPIs, analyze trends, and report results transparently
• Build repeatable systems that reduce errors, cost leakage, and manual effort
• Treat the operation like a business within the business

• In accordance with state regulations, MAs may administer vaccinations, perform point of care tests including but not limited to: A1C, spirometry, EKGs, blood draws for lab testing, etc

• Import required documents into EMR via scanning or PDF upload.

• Process orders for durable medical equipment

• Request medical records from external providers as required by the provider

What we're looking for
Required Qualifications:

• State or national certification (as required by state), or graduation from an accredited medical assistant course

• 1 year experience as a medical assistant

• CPR or BLS Certification 

• Electronic Medical Record experience 

• Computer skills:  Ability to quickly navigate and use multiple computer programs to include, but not limited to: Gmail, MS Word or Google Docs, Excel or Google Sheets, etc.  

• Proficiency in non-English languages as required by the center's demographics.

Location Details: United States - Remote

At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-events or offsites. This is a remote position, so you'll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or offsites.

This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands.

Do you want to be an Information Security Leader at GoDaddy? GoDaddy's Product Security group is looking for a Principal Security Engineer to join our organization. Can you solve large scale and cross-company issues, while ensuring that partnership with the development and operational communities remains in front of mind?

GoDaddy is looking for a Principal Security Engineer to apply their hands-on technical skills, strong leadership abilities, and an eagerness to design solutions to complex problems. You must be comfortable with communicating to stakeholders, performing security assessments and prioritizing security risks, creating/presenting high-quality deliverables.

What you'll get to do...

• Identify security threats in applications and infrastructure and provide remediation mentorship to system owners.
• Join forces with SRE and development teams to find new and creative ways to reduce the occurrence of vulnerabilities at scale.
• Build repeatable/reusable security processes and frameworks.
• Review quality issues and work towards detecting security flaws both obvious and discrete.
• Assist with scoping prospective projects, participating in projects from kickoff through "definition of done" via end-to-end ownership.
• Use your industry experience to own and drive resolution and retest complex security events, policy questions and technical security risks.

Your experience should include...

• 7+ years of progressive security engineering experience across Security Architecture, Cryptography, Network, Cloud, Mobile, and Web Security.
• Skilled in Secure Development Lifecycle, Security by Design, and Shift Left methodologies.
• Proficient in Threat Modeling, Architecture Review, Penetration Testing, Code Review, SAST, and DAST.
• Strong scripting abilities in languages such as Python, C, C++, Java, Ruby, and PowerShell.
• Adept at applying security best practices for compliance, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

You might also have...

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
• Hosting industry and/or cloud Experience.
• Experience in hardware security.
