Job Summary

Responsible for performing ultrasounds in a professional and diagnostic manner. Uses cognitive sonographic skills to identify and record appropriate anatomical, pathological, and diagnostic images. Thoroughly understand the operation of the ultrasound machine and utilize new technologies. Performs a variety of ultrasound examinations. Establishes and maintains ethical working relationships and good rapport with patients and all organizational staff.

Maintains a high standard of medical ethics at all times and is self-motivated to increase the level of understanding and knowledge of the sonography field. Displays empathy, compassion, and integrity.

Possesses an understanding of cross-sectional anatomy. Conducts self professionally at all times, even during moments of high stress.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of Diagnostic Imaging, Allied Health Certificate/Diploma or a minimum of one year

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to residents. Job Summary

Manages nursing home staff and nursing activities, including resident care and record-keeping. Manages nursing staff assigned to a particular shift within the nursing home. Takes action regarding provision of resources within the context of shifts or designated time frame. Assigns residents to available nursing staff, taking into consideration the resident's condition and the employee's skill level. Measures employee performance. Job Summary

Prepare medications under the direction of a pharmacist. May measure, mix, count out, label, and record amounts and dosages of medications according to prescription orders. If enrolled in a technician training program, or not previously having worked as a pharmacy technician, must register as a pharmacy technician trainee within 30 days of starting technician training or employment. Job Summary

Responsible for administration of nuclear imaging procedures, calculation, diagnostic, therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals, and adjunctive medications using a variety of equipment and strictly adhering to relevant safety standards. Performs quality nuclear medicine imaging examinations through the application of advanced technical knowledge while maintaining strict attention to patient care in accordance with department policy and procedure. Carry out hot lab duties and perform a variety of nuclear medicine studies on inpatients and outpatients in all age groups from neonate to geriatric. Have an understanding of nuclear regulatory commission (NRC) rules and regulations, practice radiation safety, safely operate all cameras and equipment in the department, process and send data to required destinations via computer. Understands the theories and principles behind the equipment and tests performed in the nuclear medicine department.

Prepares, measures, and administers radiopharmaceuticals and therapeutically dosages under the direction of a physician. Employs radiation-detecting equipment to perform patient imaging procedures; describes procedures to patients and answers questions. Implements radiation safety standards and quality assurance into daily work and monitors a patient's condition during the course of an imaging procedure. Collects patient information, analyzes data and provides quality images for a physician to diagnose a patient.

Dependent on needs of facility and department may also be responsible and cross-trained in performing positron emission tomography computed tomography (PETCT) scans with thorough understanding of all processes related to PETCT. Has ability to perform nuclear medicine procedures after appropriate orientation to the department. Able to work with growth and development needs of unique client populations. Qualifications

Job Summary

Administers the nursing program in a long term care facility to maintain standards of resident care. Facilitates the optimization of the geriatric care process to improve the quality and efficiency of service. Responsible for the overall quality of care provided by the organization's nursing personnel. Advises medical staff, department heads, and administrators in matters related to nursing service and strategies. This role has a larger size, scope, or complexity. Effectively manages and directs the work of individuals or teams.

Maintains communication and addresses the rapidly changing healthcare environment in which clinical services are delivered across the system. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in nursing required.

Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA).

For Rural Health Network facilities and Good Samaritan Society (GSS) locations only, employees who do not possess a Bachelor's degree, leadership may consider an educational plan with proven continuous action toward achieving a Bachelor's degree within five years of hire into position. Qualifications

A degree in Respiratory Care from an accredited respiratory care program is required; minimum associate degree or equivalent as defined by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).

Respiratory Therapists must have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all procedures, indications, contraindications and hazards involved in respiratory care, as well as knowledge of equipment utilized in their department. Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to residents.
