Overview:

We are currently working with a successful & growing company based in Miami that is seeking a Social Media Specialist. Duties include content creation (pics, blogs, video, stories) & distribution throughout several platforms, managing incoming testimonials, as well as corresponding directly with customers, updating customer databases, and directly providing customer assistance. Skills & Experience Requirements:

-Minimum 1+ years working familiarity with most major social media platforms

-Outstanding Customer Service and follow-up skills

-Competent skills in pic/vid editing

-Ability to adapt, change direction, and create solutions

Education Requirements:

-Bachelor’s Degree preferred
