Customer Service Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers and assist with order processing in a fast-paced business environment. This role will serve as a key point of contact for customer inquiries, order updates, and issue resolution while ensuring a high level of service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional and positive attitude when interacting with customers and internal teams
• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels
• Process customer orders, order modifications, and related requests accurately
• Assist customers with questions regarding products, orders, and services
• Escalate and help resolve customer concerns when necessary
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders and requests are handled efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Support overall customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective service

Required Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Active listening and problem-solving abilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Basic mathematical proficiency
• Comfortable using computers and standard business software

Experience & Education

• Previous customer service experience preferred

The Beauty Consultant is responsible for providing a personalized, engaging and fun shopping experience to clients, demonstrating beauty products and techniques, and leveraging in-depth product knowledge to enhance and enrich our client's lives.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Proactively approaches clients in a friendly manner to determine how to provide a rewarding client experience

* Seeks out and absorbs knowledge of products and techniques to stay up to date on beauty trends

* Participates in activities in assigned area(s) to support core standards and ensure merchandise is well presented and available for the client

• Ability to use various kitchen equipment and tools as well as identify and differentiate food items.
