How you’ll make an impact in this role- Titrate high-alert vasoactive drips and manage invasive monitoring like arterial and central lines.

As a member of our underwriting support team, you will provide high level support to the underwriting function. In this role, you will assist in the preparation of new business quotes and policy issues, as well as rating both new business and renewal applications, while maintaining accuracy and targeted due dates.
Responsibilities:
- Complete portfolio process (RPA) prior to renewal date
- Complete pre-underwriting process of renewals by Underwriter due date and new business submissions
- Coordinate the pre-underwriting process which includes, but is not limited to:
- Review of application
- Request for add'l info from agent or PMA staff

- Ordering RMA, D&B, MVR's and synopsis
- Completion of loss trend and development

We have an opportunity at our corporate offices in Chicago for a Sr. Financial Systems Analyst on our Finance team. This is a hybrid position reporting into our Chicago, IL office, requiring 3 days a week in the office.
As a Sr. Financial Systems Analyst, you will provide administrative
and functional maintenance and support for AMA's financial applications,
including Infor/Lawson, Oracle EPM (Hyperion), Blackline, Ironclad, Concur, and
other Finance-led systems. Focus on business process management, system
utilization, and ensuring data integrity across Finance. Liaise
with internal customers, functional areas and IT resources as well as external
vendors including hosting and SaaS providers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Financial Systems Management
- Provide functional support for month-end closing activities, monitor interfaces, troubleshoot user issues, meta-data maintenance, and financial systems operation.

This role is an exempt position, and the salary range for this position is $87,394-$115,797. This is the lowest to highest salary we believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's pay within the salary range will be determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to business consideration and geographical location, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. The Trainer, Revenue Integrity is responsible for developing and delivering training programs that support accurate and compliant revenue cycle processes. This role ensures that staff across departments understand and adhere to revenue integrity standards, including coding, billing, documentation, and compliance requirements. The trainer collaborates with subject matter experts to create educational materials and evaluates training effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, coding, billing, or compliance
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs
- Familiarity with CMS regulations, payer guidelines, and healthcare compliance standards
- Strong communication, presentation, and instructional design skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, or related field (required)
- Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), or equivalent certification (preferred)
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Design and deliver training programs on revenue integrity topics including coding, billing, and documentation.
