MHS is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this unique and life-changing career, couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home. Flex Houseparents play a vital role in creating a structured, family-like environment that fosters students’ academic, emotional, and social development so they can reach their full potential.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing daily supervision and mentorship
- Managing household routines and student schedules
- Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
- Driving students to activities, as well as planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students
- Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
- Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
Upon hire, Flex Houseparents initially support various student homes and follow a working schedule of nine consecutive days on duty, followed by three days off. On weekdays, houseparents have unscheduled time while students are in school. Job Summary Under general supervision of the Radiologist and the following established duties and responsibilities, performs computed tomography procedures to acquire digital images for use by physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of disease.
Plans and performs all CT procedures and post processing using advanced technology based on clinical criteria, anatomy and established protocols.
Meets the qualifications to provide care for patients in the specific age range in their assigned clinical area.
Ensures protocols are based on ImageGently Guidelines and CT scanner's integration into the program that compiles dose data from each scan performed and notifies the user when a scan exceeds specific preset levels.

Translate Results for contrast procedures.

Perform CT Interventional Procedures and is skilled in, first assistant scrub to Interventionalist, preparation of the sterile procedure trays, is knowledgeable to provide assistance and appropriate supplies for biopsies, drainages, aspirations, Endo leak Glueing, and Ablations, maintaining CT interventional inventory: supplies, catheters, wires, needles, etc.
Operating Cryo, Radiofrequency, and microwave ablations, to include equipment set-up, machine operation and various probe use.
Performs CTA imaging: Carotid, Head, Vertebral, Run-Offs, PE critical bolus timing.
Also Advanced CTA studies such as Trans Catheter Aortic Valve Replacement, Endovascular Aneurysm Repair and Cardiac imaging Provides technical expertise to operate CT Scanners, power injectors and computer systems to acquire images for use by the radiologist in the diagnosis and treatment of pathologies.
CT technologist must maintain the knowledge to operate different CT Systems at multiple locations.
Maintain protocols that are based on Image Gently Guidelines and CT scanner's integration into a program that compiles dose data from each scan performed and notifies the user when a scan exceeds specific preset levels.
Maintain vast knowledge of all clinical histories to match appropriate protocols and knowledge of all major organ systems and vascular systems, needed to produce quality cardiac images Ensure all equipment and supplies are properly cleaned, sterilized and in working order.
