Location: Evergreen Park, IL | Full-Time, Day Shift
Hours: Mon–Fri 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM + 24/7 on-call coverage (including weekends/holidays)
Pay: $58.61 – $68.95/hr | $20K Sign-On Bonus
Lead a high-performing General Surgery team and ensure exceptional patient care in a fast-paced surgical environment. This role oversees daily operations, staff scheduling, resource management, and quality initiatives while mentoring and developing your team. OR experience required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations and staffing in General Surgery
- Ensure compliance with clinical, safety, and regulatory standards
- Mentor and develop nursing staff
- Lead initiatives to improve patient care quality and departmental performance
- Respond to on-call and emergent needs
Qualifications:
- BSN required | Active Illinois RN license
- 3–5 years progressive clinical experience (including OR)
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
