Clinical and Operational DutiesGeneral Clinical

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, psychiatrists, RNs, and behavioral health specialists.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies (or equivalent).
- Current state licensure as a Physician Assistant and certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
- BLS or ACLS certified
- Previous experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or psychiatric care preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to manage acute medical and psychiatric conditions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) and familiarity with psychiatric assessment tools and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in patient care settings.
