POSITION SUMMARY/JOB PURPOSE:
The Nurse Practitioner providespsychiatric services to chronically mentally ill patients in the Bridgesclinics by performing evaluations, medication maintenance and monitoring,hospital consultations, crisis intervention, and documentation. This position facilitates Medicaideligibility determinations, makes referrals for and coordinates and monitorsthe delivery of Medicaid services. TheNurse Practitioner provides clinical supervision and guidance to casemanagement and other direct care staff.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, OTHERQUALIFICATIONS:
Education Required: Successful completion of a master,post-master, or doctorate degree from an accredited nurse practitioner orphysician assistant program. In this unique and life-changing career, couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home.
