Will be doing clinic and then call.
The provider will take all Stemi call and General Cardiology call is 1:9 call. Interventional call is on average 3-4 per week.
Patient Volume: Waiting on exact PV from Gustav and Mid-Michigan - will be a mix of 70% outpatient work and 30% inpatient work. Visits primarily consist of consults and established patients.
Procedures: Diagnostic and Interventional Heart Catherizations are required.
EMR: EPIC - Have Dragon Dictation
License: MI License - Will wait for a license if they have active IMLC - must be clean and fast with paperwork.
Certifications: Board Certified or Truly BE within 5 years.
Case Logs Required: 75 Diagnostic Cardiac Catheterizations within 12 months
50 Inpatient logs/encounters within 12 months
25 TEE within 12 months
AHA, ACLS and BLS Required

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides direct and indirect nursing care to patients in the Ambulatory setting in accordance with University Health policies and standards.
