Job Overview:
This is a challenging opportunity that involves complete assembly, disassembly, test set up, adjustment, and inspection of aircraft engines and major components in accordance with assembly, test or engineering instructions, specifications, and drawings. You'll do set-up and operate a variety of standard and specialized tools and a variety of balance machines to perform all types of balancing operations.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a team player who is looking to help continue our vision of seeing not only our engines take flight, but their careers as well. Utilizing your training or military experience in the field to provide detail-oriented support on aircraft engine assembly and test functions.
Requirements include:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- FAA Power Plant License; OR 2 years minimum experience aircraft power plant maintenance experience with another company; OR 2 years minimum experience as an aircraft aviation mechanic or equivalent in a branch of the military.

Preferred qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in the use of basic hand and power tools.
- Experience in the use of precision measuring instruments.
- Experience with computers, applications, and keyboarding.

The pay for this position is $32/hr. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on 12/31/2026.

As a Specialty Associate you will contribute to profitable sales growth by combining in-depth product knowledge and a passion for service to build clientele and meet sales goal.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Customer Service & Sales - Greets and assists customers in finding products and delivers exceptional customer service. Inform customers of key product attributes and care/protection plans to generate interest and suggests additional products to customers. Meets or exceeds sales goals and productivity standards. Manufacturing Engineer – Process Planning
Compensation: up to $115,000
Reports to: Manufacturing Engineering Manager
Role Overview
The Manufacturing Engineer supports the development and optimization of manufacturing processes for high‑precision products. This role is central to improving efficiency, enhancing product quality, and ensuring production targets are consistently met. The engineer collaborates across departments—including Design Engineering, Quality, Operations, and the shop floor—to strengthen product flow, maintain documentation accuracy, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Process & Design Review
- Evaluate product designs for manufacturability, appropriate tolerances, quality requirements, and cost‑impacting features.
- Define the complete manufacturing process for components and assemblies, ensuring alignment with production capabilities.
- Determine fixture and gage requirements for new parts and either design or source the necessary tooling.
Documentation & Systems
- Create and maintain manufacturing routes and bills of material within the ERP system.
- Review Engineering Change Orders and update process documentation accordingly.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date process instructions, tooling documentation, and related technical records.
Collaboration & Problem Solving
- Work closely with manufacturing engineers, design engineers, quality personnel, supervisors, and machine operators to maximize productivity and product quality.
- Participate in root‑cause investigations and corrective actions for quality issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance throughput, reduce waste, and improve consistency.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Experience with CNC machining, including work‑holding principles and machining fundamentals.
- Strong understanding of general machine shop practices and measurement techniques.
- Proficiency with CAD/solid modeling tools and familiarity with engineering drawings, GD&T, and dimensioning standards.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems for routing, BOM creation, and documentation control.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently, think creatively, and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
