A successful Law Firm in South Florida that have been in business for decades are looking to hire a Tax Controversy Attorney with 5 + years of substantive experience advising and representing clients with controversies with the IRS, including providing expert assistance at every stage of the resolution process, from audit examinations to tax appeals and tax litigation and experience with both substantive issues and procedural matters, a LL.M degree in Taxation and be a member of the Florida Bar. Fluency in Spanish language is highly preferred but not required.

Salary range: $400-500K Commensurate with experience
