Job Responsibilities
As an Account Manager, you will create and maximize revenue generation. You will foster and grow relationships with high-target prospects and valued clients while working in collaboration with your local and corporate-based teams.
- Continually prospect and generate high-quality targets using our sales process
- Meet key performance metrics and goals on a weekly/monthly and annual basis
- Actively diversifying client base by offering strategic solutions with a viable revenue mix
- Develop and present customized advertising solutions
- Effectively manage sales pipeline and revenue gaps using Salesforce
- Constant development of market intelligence and general business acumen
- Cultivate relationships within the business community through consistent networking and attendance at all sponsored events

Skills & Experience
- Two years of sales experience preferred; recent graduates considered
- Media experience preferred but not required
- A strong orientation to strategic thinking, communicating, influencing and building relationships at all levels
- Ability to simultaneously manage short and long-term opportunities
- Strong organizational, analytical and written/oral communication skills
- The ability to work independently in a constantly changing environment
- A team player who thrives in collaborative environments and partners across all departments and levels
- College degree or comparable work experience
- Proficiency with all Microsoft Office products (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)

Our corporate client is seeking a highly organized, polished, and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support a fast-paced marketing team. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage marketing proposals from intake through completion
- Support event logistics, including pre-event planning and post-event wrap-up
- Load and track design requests in internal project management software and assign to designers
- Execute and deploy email blasts to internal and external databases
- Conduct consistent follow-up with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Field inbound calls from sales teams and respond to time-sensitive requests
- Act as a point of contact and provide coverage when senior marketing managers are out of office
- Assist with urgent requests and βfire drillsβ to keep marketing initiatives on track
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Coordinator or in a similar marketing support role
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
- Professional, mature communication style with strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in the sales, real estate and/or real estate development industry required
- Comfortable working fully onsite in a corporate office environment
- Proficient with email marketing tools, basic project tracking software, and standard office technology

Role Overview
As a Principal Product Manager, you will drive the consumer and partner experience for Flex, transforming the traditional, often fragmented $90B+ moving, storage and last-mile delivery industry into a customer-first service with a Wow experience online and offline. You will apply your analytical, strategic, and people intelligence to develop and execute a roadmap that elevates our consumer experience to the high ecommerce standard, and supports growth through enterprise partnerships.

Youβll take the raw ingredients we already have β leading technology, an engaged community, an in-house economist with a daily pulse on markets, and a brand unafraid to take risks β and turn them into a cohesive media engine that entertains, informs, and shapes how people think.
Weβre looking for a Head of Content who thinks like a media builder. Someone who can define a clear point of view, create repeatable editorial formats, and partner closely with Social to ensure those ideas travel, especially in a world where social-native video and YouTube are the front door for discovery.
Your mandate is to build and run the content operation across the full funnel. That means defining Rampβs voice and editorial strategy, overseeing production across formats, growing our audience, and tying what we ship to clear outcomes. You understand how stories move across channels and how to test, iterate, and scale what works.
You bring strong editorial judgment and enough technical fluency to see where content is headed.
