The Role

The Director of Field Operations oversees Brickeye’s site operations across North America, ensuring high-quality planning, installation, integration, and commissioning of Brickeye Construction Risk Mitigation Platform (CR) on complex projects.

This is a new role at Brickeye and requires deep expertise in mechanical systems (and broader MEP integration) and controls, strong field execution capability in construction sites, and the ability to coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
