JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a full-time, experienced and highly motivated Bilingual Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal for our Dallas, TX office.
Manage the full lifecycle of the litigation cases, from initial client intake through trial and post-trial procedures. Experience as a pre-litigation & litigation personal injury law and serve as the primary case manager, ensuring meticulous organization, proactive deadline management, and comprehensive support to our attorneys. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong communication and technical skills who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Must have handled a case load of at least 100 cases.
Responsibilities:
• Ability to handle a high-volume caseload.
• Managing a case load from intake and opening through settlement and closing.
• Contact clients, insurance companies, and medical providers.
• Order medical records from providers and communicate with clients and providers during the course of treatment.
• Obtain documents necessary to support injury and/or liability positions.
• Interact with insurance carriers and medical providers to secure records and account balances.
• Contact insurance companies to determine coverages and policy limits.
• Maintain organized case files.
• Draft litigation complaints, discovery responses
Qualifications:
• Experience in Personal Injury Pre-Litigation & Litigation.
• Bilingual, English / Spanish required.
• Must have strong work ethic and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have great people skills as the position requires a great deal of client contact.
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Must be able to prioritize work and work under pressure.
• Must be well organized and detail oriented.
• Must have computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook.
Salary: $75,000 - $95,000

Role Description
The firm seeks a Senior Attorney with significant experience in mass tort and complex civil litigation to support and advance a national docket of high-value matters. This role requires a seasoned litigator capable of independently managing cases, leading key phases of litigation, and collaborating closely with partners and litigation teams on strategy, discovery, and motion practice.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical judgment with hands-on litigation experience and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
Key Responsibilities
Litigation Management
Independently manage a portfolio of mass tort cases from intake through resolution
Draft and argue dispositive motions, Daubert motions, and complex briefing
Lead written discovery, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission
Conduct and defend fact and expert depositions
Participate in trial preparation, and trial support
Case Strategy and Analysis
Evaluate liability, causation, and damages issues across large case inventories
Develop litigation strategies in coordination with partners and trial counsel
Analyze expert reports and collaborate with retained experts
Identify and resolve legal and procedural issues unique to mass tort litigation
Client and Case Development
Advise clients on case status, strategy, and settlement considerations
Assist with settlement evaluation, negotiation, and administration
Support intake review and case vetting for new mass tort matters
Team Leadership and Collaboration
Mentor junior associates and paralegals
Supervise discovery workflows and case management processes
Contribute to firm-wide litigation standards, templates, and best practices
Qualifications
Required
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (additional jurisdictions a plus)
- 6–10+ years of litigation experience, with substantial exposure to mass tort, products liability, or complex civil litigation
- Demonstrated experience with:
MDLs and coordinated proceedings
Expert discovery and Daubert challenges
High-volume case management
- Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and matters independently
Preferred
- Trial experience, including second-chair or first-chair roles
- Experience with plaintiff-side mass tort practice
- Familiarity with e-discovery platforms and litigation technology
