General Description
We are hiring a Constructability Manager to provide senior-level technical leadership on complex reconstruction and capital improvement projects. This role is ideal for an experienced construction professional who specializes in constructability reviews, scope validation, engineering coordination, and risk mitigation.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Position Summary
The Building Maintenance Technician plays a key role in preparing vacant rental units for new residents and maintaining the overall quality of the property. This position involves hands‑on repair work, preventive maintenance, grounds upkeep, and direct interaction with tenants and team members.
