Restaurant Staff responsibilities include:
-Effectively communicate with management in a timely manner regarding scheduling issues, customer service problems, and equipment malfunctions.
-Follow all safety procedures and guidelines including personal safety, equipment use, and food handling and storage.

- Assess, interpret, plan, monitor, and document the nutritional status and nutritional needs of patients using evidence-based standards of care, policies and practice guidelines. Perform a nutrition-focused physical exam on patients. Identify and provide age-specific nutrition care and meet the cultural needs of the patients and their families. - Required: Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration and Licensed as a Dietitian with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. Must obtain registration and licensure within 6 months of hire date.
