Requisition 1394 at Manufacturing Plant Engineer is responsible for maintaining, improving, and optimizing plant equipment and processes with a strong focus on electrical systems, automation, and PLC-based controls. What you will work on:
- Ensure the Building/Grounds/Equipment are maintained to promote a safe working environment.

- Own and manage capital budget. Track spending against budget

- Solicit bids from contractors for new projects. Review proposals for completion & compliance with specifications & requirements.
- Monitor construction to ensure all specifications & requirements are met.
- Maintain working relationship with all utility companies e.g. (Gila River Power Authority & San Carlos Irrigation Project on plant power, Southwest Gas & maintenance requirements).
- Submit construction plans & building permit applications to Gila River Indian Community for review & approval. Arrange for permit fee payment after approval.
- Determine technical specifications for new equipment & solicit proposals from suppliers (ensuring conformance to specifications).
- Facilitate plant & equipment improvements (both equipment and process).
- Adhere to Chandler Business Process Narrative Sox Controls.
- Follow applicable Environmental, Quality, & Safety documents.
- Effectively manage and implement medium to high complexity multi-functional projects.
- Responsible for scheduling, budget management and facilitating of projects through all phases.
- Leverage and manage plant functional resources to successfully deliver project results.
What you will bring to the position:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–7+ years of experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production facility.
- Hands-on experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley preferred).
- Strong background in electrical systems (480V, controls, sensors, instrumentation).
- Ability to read electrical schematics and automation documentation.
- Analyze and design capital improvement projects through coordination with multiple departments and plant needs.
- Ensure all electrical and control system work complies with NFPA 70E, NEC, OSHA, and company standards.

- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex electrical and control-system issues across production equipment.
- Maintain and program PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.), HMIs, VFDs, servos, and industrial automation components.
- Ensure proper operation of electrical distribution systems, control panels, instrumentation, and sensors.
- Lead equipment upgrades, control system migrations, line improvements, and automation enhancements.
- Design, specify, and implement electrical/automation solutions to improve safety, quality, and throughput.
- Collaborate with maintenance, production, and engineering teams on capital projects and process optimization.
- Maintain documentation including electrical schematics, network diagrams, and PLC/HMI logic backups.
- Knowledge of federal, state, & tribal, regulations, laws & other government and corporate compliance programs.
- Must have 5+ years of experience in at least one area of mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic expertise.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. CRM Management and Optimization (HubSpot):
- Own day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization of HubSpot CRM.
- Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across all records, pipelines, and workflows.
- Implement automation to streamline lead management, opportunity tracking, and renewal workflows.
- Develop and maintain CRM dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to sales and leadership.

- Identify process bottlenecks and recommend practical, data-driven improvements.
- Support the testing and deployment of new HubSpot tools and AI-enabled features to improve GTM efficiency and conversion performance.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Act as the operational link between Sales, Marketing, and Service Delivery to ensure smooth execution of go-to-market activities.
- Partner with Marketing to align campaign tracking and lead attribution reporting, and to optimize lead form landing page experience, including A/B testing to improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate with the GTM Operations Analyst to manage contract flow, renewals tracking, and reporting deliverables.
- Facilitate consistent communication between GTM teams and delivery leaders to align forecasts and resource planning.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field; MBA a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or GTM enablement roles.
- Hands-on experience managing HubSpot CRM.

This position is critical for the overall development, design, implementation, and execution of manufacturing operations.
What you will work on:
- Oversee the Thermal and Mechanical processes needed to produce aluminum seamless tubing to meet applicable AMS and ASTM industry specifications.
- Develop a deep understanding of applicable industry and customer specifications and maintain current revisions.
- Oversee product testing and release through QA Lab including mechanical testing, external testing, and the measurement tool calibration system to ensure that inspection tools are maintained and are in current calibration.

The Recruitment Specialist works alongside the Assistant Director of Talent Acquisition and ensures that the organization attracts and hires top talent. The Recruitment Specialist plays a critical role in streamlining recruitment processes, improving candidate experience, aligning recruitment strategies with organizational needs, and acting as an employer brand ambassador to attract top talent for Charter One and its affiliated businesses.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators
- Work with HR Team and Department Heads to develop recruitment plans to achieve required staffing levels.
- Develops and maintains professional relationships with college, university and community college placement offices as a source to generate qualified applicants and student teachers.

Position Summary
The Internal Human Resources Specialist - Leave of Absence & Accommodations is responsible for managing all aspects of leave administration and accommodation requests for all Vensure internal employees. This includes communicating with employees to gather the required documentation and information to support their leave and/or accommodation requests, providing information about benefit premium responsibilities and interaction with PTO and/or other paid leave programs, following up on status updates, documentation, and return-to-work expectations and paperwork, completing leave workbooks, tracking leave and accommodation requests, and interactive process documentation. The specialist oversees accurate pay and benefits during leave, verifies that leave usage matches medical documentation, and requests updates when it doesn't, and coordinates across teams to manage disability benefits, workers' compensation–related leave issues, ergonomic assessments, and any approved accommodation equipment needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and administer all company leave programs from initial request through return to work, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws as well as company policy.
- Determine eligibility, review and track medical certifications, monitor leave usage, and maintain accurate HRIS records and confidential documentation.
- Communicate with employees and managers throughout the leave process, providing required notices, explaining policies, and guiding expectations and responsibilities.
- Manage interactions between leave programs, paid time off, disability benefits, workers' compensation, and employee benefit premiums.
- Facilitate return‐to‐work processes, including fitness‐for‐duty requirements and coordination with managers to support smooth transitions.
- Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, HR, and other departments to ensure accurate pay, benefits, and case handling.
- Monitor attendance and leave metrics, prepare reports, and support policy updates to maintain legal compliance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on leave programs and provide guidance to employees, managers, and HR leadership.
- Investigate leave‐related issues, including potential misuse or fraudulent activity, and provide information to HR for decision‐making.
- Respond promptly to employee, manager, and HR inquiries and maintain accurate, confidential documentation of all leave, accommodation, and correspondence records.
- Coordinate full-cycle accommodation requests and equipment needs with IT and Facilities and participate in the ADA interactive process to support employees in performing essential job functions.
- Evaluate workplace injuries for OSHA recordability, maintain OSHA logs, and ensure required postings and compliance at all locations.
- Evaluate any work comp claims for internal employees and any work-related accidents and injuries to determine whether they are OSHA recordable and/or reportable and ensure appropriate recordkeeping on the company's OSHA logs.
- Maintain OSHA logs in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and ensure the OSHA 300A logs are completed and posted as required at each office location.
- Facilitate ADA requests, including the responsibility to engage in the interactive process with employees and the ability to offer recommendations to help the employee with essential job functions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of all leave and accommodation requests, ensuring compliance with HIPAA, and other state, federal, and local laws related to privacy and recordkeeping of medical information.
- Make and receive phone calls and document employee correspondence, maintaining accurate records of leave requests and approvals, accommodation requests and determination decisions, interactive process discussion notes, and all other leave of absence and ADA-related documentation. Receive and relay messages to leaders and individual employees as necessary.
- Collect, track, and report key performance data related to assigned areas of responsibility. Review progress regularly and be prepared to discuss results and improvement plans during department meetings

- Regular attendance at the assigned work location for our corporate office locations is an essential job function. For team members who are located in or near the Chandler, AZ and Duluth, GA offices, this is an in-office position. An HR presence is required due to the population of employees within these offices, the need for employee interaction, and to support leaders with onboarding and offboarding of employees.

Education & Experience

- Minimum of 2 years of leave administration and accommodation management; 3-5 years preferred.
- Multi-state leave of absence administration experience, preferably with experience in states with complex leave administration laws.
- Experience with workers' compensation claims management is a plus.
- Experience with maintaining and updating OSHA logs with recordable incidents according to federal regulations.
- Experience with Prism software a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft products: Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Teams, etc.
Required Licenses and/or Certifications
