A family-owned construction company focused on infrastructure and the safety of communities is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to serve as a true “right hand” to the CEO. This is not a traditional administrative role, but a relational, and trust-based partnership designed to amplify the CEO’s effectiveness, clarity, and presence. About the Job:

Trusted Partner & Strategic Support

• Act as a thought partner and sounding board, offering perspective, feedback, and quiet counsel when needed.
• Anticipate needs and proactively remove friction before issues arise.
• Prepare the CEO for meetings and conversations with context and background information; leverage AI to draft, summarize analyze and prepare materials.

Time, Energy & Focus Management

• Manage a complex and fluid calendar with an understanding of priorities and relationships, .
• Protect the CEO’s time by thoughtfully filtering requests and creating space for strategic thinking.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel including detailed itineraries.

Communication & Relationship Management

• Serve as a warm, professional liaison between the CEO and internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders.
• Draft and manage correspondence on the CEO’s behalf, ensuring tone, values, and intent are consistently reflected.

Information Flow & Follow-Through

• Distill information into clear, actionable insights for the CEO .
• Track commitments, decisions, and follow-ups to ensure momentum and accountability.
• Support special projects and initiatives that require coordination, and thoughtful execution.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 5 years of experience supporting a busy C-Suite executive.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Knowledge of Notion, Asana HubSpot and Claude AI a PLUS
• Up to date and use AI Tools for daily work to increase productivity and improve processes
• Handle highly sensitive information with absolute discretion.

About the Opportunity

A growing, family-owned organization is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) HR Generalist to join their team. This role is responsible for managing full-cycle HR operations, including payroll, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and recruiting. The ideal candidate thrives in a smaller, team-oriented environment and is comfortable wearing multiple hats.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Administration

• Process bi-weekly payroll (hourly & salaried)
• Ensure accuracy across wages, taxes, deductions, and garnishments
• Maintain payroll records and support audits
• Handle payroll changes including new hires, terminations, and adjustments
• Support ACA reporting and compliance

Human Resources

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and documentation
• Administer benefits and respond to employee questions
• Support employee relations and performance management
• Assist with leave administration (PTO, FMLA, ADA, workers’ compensation)

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
• Support HR audits and reporting (EEO, wage & hour, etc.)
• Help develop and improve HR processes and procedures

Recruiting

• Partner with hiring managers on open roles
• Coordinate interviews and candidate communication
• Support hiring documentation and onboarding

Qualifications

Required:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• 3–5+ years of HR Generalist experience with strong payroll exposure
• Knowledge of payroll laws and employment regulations
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred)

• Deliver comprehensive postpartum nursing care to mothers and newborns, promoting safety, comfort, recovery, and positive health outcomes.

• Monitor maternal vital signs and newborn assessments, promptly identifying complications and responding effectively to changes in condition.

• Administer medications, conduct routine screenings, and maintain accurate documentation of patient care, interventions, and education.
