The Assistant Manager oversees daily store operations, including hiring, training, and scheduling team members. This role provides leadership through clear direction, goal setting, and feedback. L&D Travel Nurses provide care and support for women before, during and after delivery of a baby. L&D RNs must ensure that the medical as well as emotional needs of their patients are met at all times throughout the birthing process. As an L&D RN, you'll be responsible for assisting physicians when epidurals or pain medications are administered, episiotomies are performed, or when the patient requires preparation for a cesarean delivery.
As an L&D Travel Nurse, you should be prepared to perform the following tasks:
- Stay with and monitor patient throughout labor.
- Monitor contractions and help patients with breathing techniques.
- Check cervix periodically to monitor progression/lack of dilation.
- Ensure beds are kept clean and dry; clean up bodily fluids expelled before and after birthing process.
- Aid physician with drapes, gloves, gowns, delivery instruments, etc.
- Immediate care of newborn.
L&D Travel Nurses should be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, as well as bend, lean and stoop without difficulty. RNs should be able to easily lift 20 pounds. Moving or lifting of patients may require lifting of up to 50 pounds at times. - Identify suspicious activity, follow fraudprevention steps, and escalate concerns promptly.
Customer Referrals & Product Education:
- Identify customer needs and refer opportunities to Personal Bankers or lending specialists for new accounts, consumer loans, home equity loans/lines, and credit cards.
- Educate customers on digital tools such as mobile banking, online banking, and estatements.
- Support achievement of branch sales and referral goals through disciplined engagement and followup.
Problem Resolution & Support:
- Research and resolve routine issues such as transaction discrepancies, fee questions, and debitcard concerns within authority.
- Escalate more complex servicing matters to Personal Bankers or leadership.
Operational Excellence, Risk & Compliance:
- Adhere to operational standards, security practices, and regulatory requirements including BSA/AML, KYC, OFAC, Reg CC, and Reg E.
- Protect customer data, ensure confidentiality, and follow documentation procedures.
- Maintain auditready accuracy in all teller work and branch support tasks.
Team Collaboration & Community Engagement:
- Participate in daily huddles and collaborate with team members to meet branch goals.
- Support community outreach efforts and represent Nicolet in local engagement activities.
- Assist with branch operations needs such as supplies, scheduling coverage, or special projects.
General:
- Uphold Nicolet's philosophy and policies by maintaining appropriate controls to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, thereby fulfilling legal responsibilities and enhancing the quality of services provided by Nicolet.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ years of cashhandling and customerservice experience required.
- Prior banking or retail financialservices experience preferred.
