- Assess, interpret, plan, monitor, and document the nutritional status and nutritional needs of patients using evidence-based standards of care, policies and practice guidelines. Perform a nutrition-focused physical exam on patients. Identify and provide age-specific nutrition care and meet the cultural needs of the patients and their families. - Preferred: Master’s Degree
- Specify Degree(s): Dietetics, Nutrition or Family & Consumer Science with ACEND (Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics) requirements completed.
- Required: Less than one year of previous job-related experience
- Required: Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration and Licensed as a Dietitian with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. Must obtain registration and licensure within 6 months of hire date.
Pay Rate: $30.01 per hour
