The opportunity
Delaware North Gaming is hiring full-time Housepersons to join our lodging team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. As a Hotel Houseperson, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily cleaning of hotel public areas, rooms, and restrooms in accordance with operating standards.

- Notify managers if major repairs or additions to building operating systems are needed
- Requisition supplies or equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties
- Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors and steam clean carpets
- Remove dirty linens and transport clean linens to housekeeping carts and storage closets

- A minimum of 1 year of working in the hospitality industry preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Working knowledge of various cleaning utensils, dryers, vacuum cleaners, tools, and fixtures
- Ability to make simple addition and subtraction calculations

What will you do?
- Painting, hanging, and repairing drywall, changing light bulbs, replacing fixtures, and performing similar minor electrical tasks, as well as plumbing work including opening clogged drains, and repairing leaks, and lawn maintenance
- Simple carpentry tasks, such as installing shelves, hooks, or closet rods, and occasionally larger tasks such as office remodels
- Small engine repair and maintenance
- Ensuring tools and equipment are good for use and keeping maintenance room in neat condition
- Operate a motor vehicle when necessary

- Minimum five years’ experience in general maintenance or repair for commercial facility required
- Hold and maintain a valid driver’s license, pass a motor vehicle record check, and drug test

What will you do?
- Reconcile charges and payments, input sales from multiple systems, balance accounts, review deposits, and complete all required shift‐closing reports
- Support guest satisfaction by scheduling services and wake‐up calls, reporting maintenance and technology issues, and responding to emergencies according to protocol
- Understand guest folios and adjust as needed while accurately quoting rates, making reservations, posting charges, and monitoring credit limits
- Demonstrate proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Suite, Versa PMS, Salto Key Systems, HotSOS, Duetto Loyalty, Oasis Loyalty, and other approved applications
- Manage front desk and housekeeping communication by answering calls promptly, recording requests, delivering supplies, and assisting with room readiness tasks
- Stay informed on group activities, document and report unusual occurrences, troubleshoot basic system errors, and ensure accurate, timely documentation throughout the shift

What You’ll Do:
- Provides direct patient care as defined in the state Nurse Practice Act.
- Implements plan of care initiated by the registered nurse.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited practical nurse or vocational nursing program.
- Has three (3) years nursing experience. Community/home health or medical/surgical experience is preferred.
- Currently licensed as a licensed practical nurse or licensed vocational nurse in the state.
- Possess and maintain valid CPR certification.
- Must have reliable transportation, current driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance

Accounting Operations & ERP Leadership • Manage GL, month-end close, accruals, and financial reporting • Supervise AP and Staff Accountant direct reports • Optimize ERP processes to reduce manual and Excel-based tasks • Support audit and tax workflows • Enhance integration between accounting, operations, and external partners Systems Expertise & Process Improvement • Serve as SAP ECC subject matter expert • Partner with IT to troubleshoot and enhance ERP workflows • Participate in ERP initiatives and implementations • Bridge functional accounting and technical ERP teams • Identify process inefficiencies and implement system-based solutions Must Have: 4+ years of multi-functional Accounting use of SAP-ECC (i.e.
