  • Identify and resolve missing information or errors by coordinating with the Borrowers, Lenders, Closing & Escrow team.
  • Obtain appropriate Schedule A, legal description from the system and verify data against property address as noted on the Mortgage/DOT.
  • Manage Post closing Mailbox to address any post closing document related queries from the Lenders, borrowers, Closers and Escrow
  • Determine if document is properly executed and conforms to registry state requirements.
  • Identify title and execution problems and send back to lender, or internal department as necessary, in accordance with client requirements.
  • Prepare and submit recordable documents (Deeds, Mortgages, Releases, Power of Attorney) to the appropriate County Recorder or Register of Deeds or ERecording platforms
