General Job Responsibilities

• Quality Control

Reporting Relationship: Reports directly to Quality Manager

Location: Medina, Ohio

Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree; engineering or equivalent technical field of study.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills are required, along with working knowledge of PC applications & statistical software. Individual must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and/or in a cross-functional work team environment. Must be an excellent communicator and facilitator. Requirements: Work Experience: Minimum of five years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Ideal candidate would be a “hands-on” person with shop floor experience. Working knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) required. Six Sigma and Lean training and/or certifications are a plus.

Principal Area of Responsibility: Assists in administering the total quality assurance program encompassing APQP, planning, evaluation and reporting on all quality aspects of a product, from its conception through manufacturing, fabrication, storage and delivery with intent to provide an optimum quality product at the lowest cost.

Specific Duties

• Ensure all customer specific requirements are met.
• Develop and implement all required quality documentation for new and existing products.
• Lead quality related APQP activities for new and existing products.
• Prepare all documents necessary for customer PPAP submissions.
• Provide support to functional areas with regard to process improvement and statistical methods.
• Revise the quality management system as needed.
• Review company products to insure internal and customer quality standards are met and develop control plans and inspection requirements for those products.
• Participate in and support the Company’s Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Lead corrective action teams to ensure that robust root cause and corrective actions are established.

About the Role

We are seeking a Rapid Response Producer who can identify emerging news moments, cultural conversations, and viral social trends, and quickly translate those opportunities into clear and compelling digital content.

This role requires the ability to invent original video concepts from breaking news and emerging political conversations, transforming real-time narratives into compelling digital content.

This role sits at the intersection of news awareness, social media instincts, and fast content production. The ideal candidate has strong editorial judgment, understands how narratives form online, and can quickly create social-ready video, graphics, and written content while stories are still unfolding.

This role works closely with the Creative Director and leadership to identify high-velocity news and social moments, then produce and distribute content designed to inform, shape narrative, and reach audiences while conversations are actively developing.

Responsibilities

News Monitoring & Trend Recognition

• Monitor daily news, cultural developments, and social media conversations to identify emerging narrative opportunities

• Track trending topics, breaking stories, and influential commentary across platforms including X, YouTube, TikTok, and major news outlets

• Recognize viral moments early and surface opportunities for rapid response content

• Maintain awareness of political, cultural, and policy developments that intersect with the organization’s mission

Narrative Identification & Content Ideation

• Identify emerging political narratives, viral moments, and cultural flashpoints that can be turned into compelling video content

• Generate original video concepts based on breaking news, media coverage, political speeches, and online conversations
