* Long-term career advancement within an Am Law 200 platform Job Details We are seeking a junior-level Corporate and Commercial Transactions Associate to support a growing corporate practice advising business clients on a wide range of transactional matters.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist the team across all areas of general corporate and commercial law Draft, review, and revise commercial documents related to business formation, including shareholder agreements, operating agreements, merger and acquisition agreements, and contracts Support and advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, shareholder and operating agreements, and financing transactions Evaluate corporate policies and procedures for compliance with applicable regulations, industry standards, and ethical requirements Perform legal research related to corporate and transactional matters Work closely with attorneys across practice areas to deliver comprehensive client solutions QUALIFICATIONS: 2 to 3 years of experience in general corporate law, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, or contracts Juris Doctor from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials Excellent written, verbal, and technical communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment Interested in hearing more?
