Be the Regional Chief Nursing Officer you've always aspired to be
- Solicits and receives feedback from local CNOs regarding the quality of care and outcomes.
- Creates a positive impact on productivity, costs, quality and timely delivery of services.
- Reviews and monitors hospitals' critical numbers and takes actions to reverse negative trends.

Qualifications

- Five years experience in inpatient hospital setting.
- Two years Nursing Management experience with responsibilities including such as 24 hour accountability, FTE management, policy, procedure, and budgetary oversight, and conducting disciplinary action.
- Equivalent professional experience commensurate with a Master's degree.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Director of Nursing/CNO or equivalent role in an acute care or rehab setting.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities include:
-Adhering to all food safety and workplace sanitation requirements.
-Ensures every item on station is produced to exact recipe & plating specifications.
-Meets daily productivity standards as established by Kitchen Management.
-Sets up station with sufficient product & utensils and prepares cooking & food holding equipment to ensure the station is ready for meal service.
-Prioritizes cooking & preparation times of each order to ensure timely delivery of guest meals.
-Willingly adjusts ingredients and menu item preparation standards to accommodate guest special preparation requests.
-Sets the next meal shift up for success by properly cleaning work stations, equipment & utensils, and maintaining an organized food storage area.

- Completing basic patient care tasks, such as changing a bandage or inserting a catheter
- Observing the patient for changes in their health, mood, and behavior, and subsequently reporting any concerns to an RN Unit Manager or the Physician on duty
- Listening to a patient as they tell you about their family
- Preparing patients for their care, describing procedures ordered by their physicians, and listening to any concerns or grievances they have
- Administering medication to patients as prescribed by their physicians
- Providing patients with immunizations
- Working with or mentoring CNAs or NAs to provide optimal care to our patients
Qualifications/Requirements:

Qualifications:
