Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
CPA is a plus, but not required.
If pursuing CPA, please share passed sections and timing.
3–5+ years of experience in accounting roles with a focus on revenue or AR.
Experience in a publicly traded company or private company with $250M+ in annual revenue strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of US GAAP.
Exposure to ASC 606 preferred.
Healthcare revenue cycle experience is a plus but not required.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables required).
Experience with dashboards, macros, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage deadlines with limited oversight.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal); comfort in a remote-first environment is essential.
Work Environment & Travel: Fully remote with expectation of occasional in-person onboarding and training.
Travel to Rockville, MD ~3 times annually for team collaboration and project workshops.
