The Assistant Sales Manager is responsible to supervise the provision of real estate brokerage services by associate brokers and salespersons assigned to a branch office or a real estate team. This position is responsible for monitoring all real estate documents even if they delegate the preparation and safekeeping of the documents to someone else. This position will also be assigned specific programs to oversee within the office in order to provide hands-on leadership experience to further develop sales management skills. This position is designed to develop and prepare real estate professionals to move into potential future sales management position within the Company.

- Responsible for resolving all issues arising from real estate transactions conducted by Sales associates in the office.
- Mediates the dealings between sellers and buyers ensuring good conduct and the honest exchange of information towards a beneficial understanding.
- Assists in preparing listing agreements with the Sales Associates, as well as assisting their clients to execute all the applicable paperwork.
- Informs Associates of ways to market our clients' properties in the ways most advantageous to them.

- Demonstrates the use of Weichert sales tools and systems.

- Works directly with Sales Associates to provide personalized coaching and conducts one-on-ones and business planning sessions to help them achieve their productivity goals. Leads group meetings as requested.
- Leads and/or facilitates weekly sales meetings as requested.
- Explains and directs all Sales Associates as to the company policies and procedures.
- Monitors all office activities to ensure that the company policies and procedures are being observed.

Minimum Qualifications
Education, Certification, and License Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- State real estate license required
- Valid driver’s license with access to reliable transportation required
- Broker’s License required
Experience
- Two (2) or more years of sales experience in any industry
- Successful closing of ten (10) real estate transactions required

General Summary of Position
The Physical Therapist provides physical therapy services to patients to include but not limited to screening and evaluation treatment planning treatment implementation treatment re-assessment and revision patient/client re-evaluation discharge planning and documentation in a variety of settings. The Physical Therapist participates as requested in program planning and protocol development and assists the team in meeting established goals.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides evaluation services including review of pertinent history information performance of specific assessments and determination of recommendations and documentation of results. Explains evaluation findings and treatment plan to patient and family and incorporates patient and family in the goals setting.
- Demonstrates proficiency in implementation of treatment protocols based upon evaluation findings the patient's presentation and the evolving health care environment. Consults with other healthcare professionals as indicated. Recognizes and documents changes in patient's condition requiring modification of the plan of care and/or the need for medical/rehabilitation consultation.
- Completes appropriate discharge planning and follow-up care. Accurately and timely documents and charges for patient care activities in light of our evolving health care environment painting a clear picture of the patient's course of care including focused initial evaluation/plan of care that establishes baseline and goals daily encounter notes interim progress summaries and discharge evaluation.
- Demonstrates effective time management and meets productivity expectations. Manage an accurate schedule. Is timely and punctual for meetings. Minimal Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy required or
- Master's degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy required or
- Doctoral degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy required
Licenses and Certifications
- PT - Physical Therapist licensure in Maryland District of Columbia (DC) and/or Virginia las deemed necessary for your specific location(s) required
- CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation (includes BLS and NRP) for healthcare providers from either the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross within 90 Days required
- Additional unit/specialty certifications may vary by department or business unit.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities

Primary Duties:

Job Summary and QualificationsThe Respiratory Therapist coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered respiratory care in accordance with the nature and specific requirements of the department, and consistent with the scope and standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. - Assists with placement of artificial airways. Initiates, monitors, and maintains mechanical ventilation.

Commercial Construction Assistant Superintendent
- GovDirect Job Description: The Assistant Superintendent (Assistant Supt.) supports managing work flow consistent with the project schedule, communicates project priorities to field staff and subcontractors, maintains daily log/report of all activities and site conditions, and manages the punch list and closeout process through owner/architect acceptance.

assists in planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the building aspects of each project in order to meet budget, quality, time and safety objectives.
Responsibilities Work with project manager in formulating project schedule, ensure that the proper methods and sequence of installation are followed, makes and follows through with schedule commitments Maintain HITT quality standards for all aspects of the project Maintain good working relationship with all subcontractors on the project, develop relationships within the community that enhances business opportunities, and ensure subcontractors are treated fairly.
Ensure complete, accurate daily documentation of work orders/tickets, understand subcontractor scope of work to avoid unnecessary change orders, and identify problems early and act immediately to provide solutions.
Develop and organize the site team, arrange for temporary facilities/utilities for the site, and identify long lead items that need to be expedited Qualifications High school diploma required, four-year degree from an accredited university with a concentration in construction, engineering, or business is strongly preferred.
2-5 years’ experience in commercial construction, including experience with a commercial general contractor Tenant renovations, service work, work in occupied spaces, weekend work, fast paced project experience all a plus Project lead experience a plus Ability to master sector/project-specific software systems including but not limited to: Microsoft Office suite (ex.

- Industrial Job Description: The Senior Project Manager’s role is to effectively manage both small and large scale projects from discovery and design to development and implementation.
