We are seeking a Transactional Paralegal to join our growing team.

This is a full-time position based in Marlboro, New Jersey, with hybrid or remote flexibility available for the right candidate after an initial onboarding period.

In this role, you will support attorneys in managing private lending transactions from file opening through closing. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing legal documents, coordinating with clients and third parties, conducting legal research, and ensuring transactions comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume transactional environment while maintaining clear communication with both internal teams and external clients.
