About the Position

Our client is seeking a Family Practice Physician for a 60-day assignment in Pennsylvania, starting Apr 13, 2026. This full-time role operates from 7:30am to 4pm, involving daily sick call rounds, weekly restricted housing unit rounds, and a variety of consults. The Physician will manage general medical cases including sutures, splinting, and common ailments, along with medication and chronic care management, and conducting physical examinations.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Conduct daily sick call rounds
- Perform weekly restricted housing unit rounds
- Manage physicals, consults, emergency consults, and admissions consults
- Handle general medical cases including cold, cough, flu, bronchitis, pain, sutures, splinting, and IV treatments
- Conduct intake evaluations for new patients
- Oversee medication management
- Lead preventative health clinics and chronic care management
- Review EMR queues, lab, and x-ray results
- Complete charting and documentation
