ABOUT THE POSITION

DMGroup is hiring a Senior Associate to join our DMConsulting team in our Boston office. The Senior Associate will play an active role on the firm's consulting team, supporting engagements with K-12 public school districts and systems that address their most challenging, high-impact issues. The role combines strategic, analytic thinking and problem solving with project management, communication, and data analysis, all within the realm of K-12 public education in the United States.

The role also presents a rich developmental opportunity, including coaching from seasoned leaders with experience in working in schools and school management, founding companies, and working at top-tier private sector consulting firms.

This role will be based out of DMGroup's headquarters in Boston, MA, with flexibility to work from home up to two days a week based on schedule and team needs. The Senior Associate must be able to travel up to 15%.

The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $120,000. It's important to note that starting salaries aren't typically at/near the top of this range. This is to create opportunities for team members to grow and earn raises throughout their tenure in the role.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Under the guidance of a DMConsulting Director, supports the development and management of multi-year strategies for our client school districts by collecting data, conducting analysis, developing key recommendations, and presenting the findings to clients.
• Supports successful implementation of strategy while working across multiple client school districts through effective project management and regular communication.
• Ensures that clients fully understand solutions presented, demonstrating patience, empathy, and an appreciation for organizational dynamics and the barriers to change.
• Conducts primary and secondary research to expand our library of district case studies, best practices and rigorous analytical frameworks designed specifically for school districts.
• Works collaboratively with internal staff to ensure the continued growth and effectiveness of DMGroup's programs, including our membership network and events, research and publications, software, and consulting.

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Process Engineer with a strong background in EPC project execution, proven history of developing FEED packages for chemicals/fuels and novel process scale-up, to assist with the design, commissioning and deployment of our first-of-a-kind (FOAK) methane-to-methanol conversion technology.

This position offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the development and commissioning of a transformative, cost-effective chemicals production technology. In this role you will work in a multidisciplinary engineering team and support key engineering efforts across FEED, detailed design, fabrication, and start-up, partnering closely with EPC contractors, technology partners, and internal R&D teams.

This role is ideal for a mid-career level process engineer who is eager to apply EPC discipline to emerging clean technologies, and help scale innovative gas-to-chemicals solutions to commercial reality.

● Lead engineering efforts for FOAK systems from engineering design through commissioning, ensuring delivery

of safe, robust, and scalable process design

● Provide technical leadership on core process engineering deliverables such as

Specifically, this position will support Myrias' nanoimprint ink development efforts, working with our process and characterization teams to optimize the formulations and process conditions to enable imprinted optical devices with high performance, high yield and new functionality. This position will also be responsible for transitioning the technology to our manufacturing team whose goal will be to bring a high volume, high yield nanoimprint process to market for our optical components and subsystems. RESPONSIBILITIES

Process and formulation development:

• Work closely with the Myrias process, characterization and manufacturing teams to develop and optimize ink formulations meeting product requirements and production standards
• Work with our manufacturing team to transitioning fabrication knowledge and processing techniques for all-inorganic nanoimprinting to high volume production, including formulations, stamp making and imprint processes
• Assist with fabrication of components and systems based on Myrias' proprietary materials and processes meeting quality and optical performance specifications
• Conduct comprehensive nanoimprint ink tests and optimization, including formulation, imprinting, and post processing (calcination, ashing, etching, atomic layer deposition and/or overcoating)
• Performing metrology for fabricated components by top-down and cross-sectional scanning electron microscopy, variable angle spectroscopic ellipsometry, UV-Vis-NIR spectrometry and contact angle measurements
• Work with Myrias optical characterization team to feedback optical test results into process optimization efforts to enabling a closed loop process
• Familiarity with characterization and testing of optical devices, including the use of lenses, mirrors, light sources, fiber optics, cameras, lasers, and other optical devices is a strong plus
• Establish detailed and thorough documentation for all operating procedures and production processes
• Assist in expand Myrias' fabrication capabilities by identifying and implementing new process improvements
• Development and maintain comprehensive database of research data, sample/product travelers, characterization and yield data, and sample histories
• Provide technical guidance and feedback to management for more efficient workflow
• Create detailed internal reviews and customer product reports
• Assist in providing customer support for new designs and products

QUALIFICATIONS

Job Summary:

An exciting opportunity exists at Raytheon for a Semiconductor Dry Etch Engineering Lead to join our III-V compound semiconductor foundry team fabricating gallium nitride and gallium arsenide-based devices within the Advanced Microelectronics Solutions (AMS) Department.  This role requires a broad understanding of microelectronics processing and subject matter expertise in one or more dry etch related techniques including plasma ashing/descum, reactive ion etching (RIE), and inductively coupled etching (ICP).

As a member of the AMS Department, the individual in this role will serve as the dry etch processes lead engineer and collaborate with the various engineering work centers in the III-V semiconductor wafer foundry. The candidate will lead and assist projects in process sustainment, capital allocation, directing process and capital qualifications, improving cycle time, improving product yield, developing new data driven controls, and driving overall wafer movement efficiency.

The chosen candidate is expected to be an innovative and creative thinker capable of probing issues and reaching solutions both independently and in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of various microelectronics processing techniques beyond deposition, including wet and dry etching, lift-off techniques, photolithography, metrology, process characterization, foundry data integrity, and large data analysis methods.

The candidate is expected to work well in large and small, cross-functional teams, understand foundry processes, determine capacity limitations, improve overall equipment effectiveness, identify yield improvement opportunities, gather sponsorship and team resources, and execute on continuous improvement activities. • Experience qualifying and implementing cutting edge materials, fabrication techniques, and understanding of relevant materials used in semiconductor manufacturing and packaging
• Strong background in development, documentation, fabrication, assembly, and test/delivery of military/defense and/or commercial state-of-the-art electronic products
• Experience with designing electronics for extreme environmental requirements and design constraints
• Proficiency with 3D Mechanical CAD modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Solidworks, Creo).

Raytheon is seeking a well-qualified Principal System Security Engineer (Cyber Engineer) - P4 to join our elite Systems Security Engineering (SSE) team for the Systems Directorate in developing solutions to protect the Warfighter’s technology advantage. Systems Security Engineering creates holistic security solutions leveraging Cyber Security, Software Assurance and Supply Chain Risk Management to support Program Protection Implementation on embedded weapons systems. Join our highly visible team and perform technically challenging assignments, which will directly contribute to protecting our nation and our Warfighters. This is an onsite position at Raytheon.

What You Will Do

• Interact with the customer to define SSE requirements, solutions, trades, costs, implementation, system impacts, and effectiveness

• Develop plans and estimates, task execution, project tracking, reporting, and risk identification and mitigation plans

• Ensure compliance with National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Risk Management Framework (RMF) controls

• Consult and assist program management with SSE architecture and issues

• Support the development of bids and proposals

• Define security development and test efforts implementation of security controls of networking devices, databases, operating systems, and hardware and software component

• Integrate cybersecurity development activities

• Develop top-level system requirements and flow down requirements and implementation concepts to subsystem

• Understanding, and compliance with, DoD technology release and export licensing policies

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 8 years of prior relevant experience

• Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

• Experience in System Security Engineering and/or Cybersecurity Engineering

• Experience with NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF)

Qualifications We Prefer

• Managerial or leadership experience

• Usage of information security toolsets including anti-virus, Vulnerability Assessment, HIDS/ NIDS. host-based or endpoint security solutions, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Security Incident and Event Management (SIEM) and centralized auditing tools familiarity with splunk is preferred

• Linux Bash scripting or Python scripting experience

• Security systems engineering involving various computer hardware and software S/W operating system and application solutions in both a stand-alone and in LAN/WAN configurations

• DoDI 8570.01-M IAT Level-II Compliant Certification (e.g. Security+, CISSP, or equivalent)

• Security features and/or vulnerability analysis of various operating systems as defined by Intelligence agencies

• Experience with IT and/or network and system security administration, including operating system security configuration and account management best practices for UNIX, MS Windows, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, and CISCO systems

• Understanding of Systems Engineering requirements, specifications, and Experience implementing DoD and Federal IA Certification and Accreditation Processes, IA controls and developing and maintaining associated certification and accreditation documentation

• Familiar with Program Protection Plan (PPP) required by DoDI 5000.02 and DoDI 5200.39

• Experience working on U.S. Government contract proposals as an Information Assurance Engineer subject matter expert
