The Senior SharePoint Architect serves as the lead technical authority responsible for the planning, architecture, engineering, and modernization of DISA J6's SharePoint and Dynamics CRM platforms. This role supports both Platform Services and Operations and Maintenance Service Delivery, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned to DISA's enterprise technology roadmap and cloud transition goals. The Sr. SharePoint Architect designs architecture to include the software, hardware, and communications to support the total requirements as well as provide for present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces. Responsible for developing high level system design diagrams. Technical Leadership and Innovation

The Cable Technician is responsible for installation and documentation of new and/or updated Inside Plant cable infrastructure to include conduit, cable trays, copper, coax, fiber and all associated elements in the Pentagon, Mark Center & buildings within the National Capital Region (NCR).

Responsibilities Include:

• Analyzes, administers, and maintains telecommunications and network cabling infrastructure.
  
• Responsible for tasks assigned by Coordinators in connection with service orders and repair activities related to Category 6 cabling, Voice over IP networks (VOIP), and fiber optic cabling infrastructure.
  
• Installs, maintains and repairs voice and data communications systems.
  
• Interprets service orders, circuit diagrams, and electrical schematics.
  
• Tests, locates, installs, and repairs cabling infrastructure associated with trouble calls, and performs routine maintenance.
  
• Verifies work order information and receipt of all necessary equipment and information.
  
• Verifies service by testing installed cabling, identifying, correcting, or escalating problems.
  
• Well versed in the use of network cabling test equipment including network testers, copper cable testers, fiber OTDRs and fiber power meters.
  
• Documents network by labeling and routing equipment and cables; recording configuration diagrams and specifications.
  
• Maintains network by troubleshooting and repairing outages; testing network back-up procedures; updating documentation.
  
• Identify, track and remove abandoned cable, and keep cable neatly tied and bundled while maintaining safety standards.
  
• Dress, terminate and test cables and components including CAT6 and fiber optic cabling.

How You'll Contribute:

A Media Sr Project Manager (SPM) is responsible for the scope, schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction of a project throughout its entire lifecycle, from Initiation through Closing phases. However, the PM depends on the help of other people to perform most of the actual activities of the project. A project manager's role is primarily focused around written and verbal communication to all project stakeholders. The PM is responsible for overseeing and performing project management functions on all Broadcast projects, budgets, and scopes. The SPM will act as the person responsible for their assigned projects and have direct control over all project activities. Daily activities include project communications, scheduling, task lists for team participants, managing deliverables from the consulting team, and overseeing the completion of projects. The PM is responsible for completing consulting projects on time, on budget and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction from our customers. Most of this employee's time will be spent managing projects and communicating with all project stakeholders. This person will be helping to constantly improve the established Diversified processes. Physical Demands:

Travel:

Some travel by car and occasional airplane trips should be expected as much of our consulting work is conducted remotely with occasional in-person meetings. Employee must possess a valid driver's license in their state of residence. Employee will be required to use their own vehicle and will be reimbursed for mileage at the current corporate rate. 10% remote travel is not unusual.

When meeting a client in person, Diversified requires PMs to ensure the team is conducting themselves in a safe manner and adheres to our site visit requirements. This may include:

To support this growth, we are seeking a Customer Success & Strategic Growth Manager to support and execute value realization, strengthen sponsor and CRO partnerships, and unlock long-term account expansion.

Primary Purpose

This client-facing role blends customer success, strategic account management, and commercial insight. You will partner with key global sponsors, oversee engagement across the customer lifecycle, and convert operational excellence into deeper, multi-service relationships. You will also contribute to the development of scalable CS frameworks that support OptymEdge's growth trajectory.

1. Strategic Account Leadership

* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic accounts

* Lead onboarding, adoption, and continuous value delivery across Certify, Capture, and Imaging modules

* Conduct structured governance meetings, QBRs, and planning sessions with client stakeholders

* Build multi-level, trust-based relationships anchored in scientific credibility and shared goals
